I feel this is well worth the money. I is a Soft Case, that fits over the Otter Box. The length of the strap is long enough to have the IPad Mini at waist level or higher, the case also has a card holder on the back as well as a small compartment sleeve with a Velcro flap and there is even a pen holder.It fits very nicely onto the Otter Box so there is no play, in other words, the tablet won't slosh around inside the RooCase. The tablet is held in place with a Velcro tab.All Ports and Charging port are all easily accessible.Because the RooCase is another case and the Otter Box slides into it, some may think it will be big and bulky. But it isn't and it has the added advantage of another layer of protection so your tablet will have to take a hell of a beating to get damaged

The case I really nice and did meet my needs. It did fit over the lifeproof case as advertised. However, the part that goes around around your neck was bigger and stiffer than what I would have liked. This iPad is used for a special needs small young adult as a communication device

I love this case. It’s perfect to use for my consultant job. It protects my iPad while keeping it readily available when I’m walking and auditing client facilities.

Looks are about the only thing this case has going for it... for about the first few days. Within one months worth of use, the rooCASE has been completely destroyed. Definitely not worth the purchase price for this mom of a special needs child who uses the iPad as his primary use of communication.
