I gave these smart plugs 4 stars because they constantly lose connectivity with Alexia, even with the Alexa device and internet router within very close proximity. I haven't figured out yet what's causing the disconnect and whether it's the plug's fault or if it's Alexa.

I had regular smart plugs that worked fine for years. Then 2 of them decided to not connect to 2g any longer. I tried changing my router settings but to no avail.I found these plugs and thought great, they work specifically with Alexa.The first week worked like a charm. Second week started having issues and then not responding at all, even manually via the Alexa app.I tried reconnecting them etc. Finally I decided that I will return them and missed the window. Apparently it was only a 30 day return policy. And I missed it by 2 days!I would not recommend these.

Alexa compatible - NO 3rd party apps, FAST and Direct Alexa discovery with flawless control.I've sent several other products back because of 3rd party app difficulties. Why add another layer of interference with you can get these plugs? Simple and without any difficulties.

Set up with Alexa was.easy but they don't always communicate with Alexa. Not happy with this product.

This is a super easy to use smart plug. Set up was very easy and it works great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These worked flawlessly for about two weeks. I set them up with Alexa routines which, again worked flawlessly. At about two weeks in one switch stopped starting connected and the other four followed shortly after.However, I've found commanding Alexa to turn them on twice got them to work but, only for the one on-off cycle. This, of course will not work with a routine.In summary, they do work but with a big caveat.

this is a pretty cool alexa plug.I can use this plug and plug thru and all i have to do is say Alexa turn on my fan and it turns on. was very simple to install and get working. only took a few minutes to do it once i downloaded the app.

2 out the four regularly say unresponsive at least once a week with a third one every couple weeks. (Not using those 3 anymore) So 1 out of 4 work
