Needed for Samsung fridge

I would have given 5* howver, there is a disconcerting message in the packaging that seems to imply the seller is buying in bulk without the packaging, so puts the worry flags up thinking they are not real.However once opened and then box opened, everything looks like normal including the Samsung information and the Month stickers etc..So they look OK to me, and my Water tastes nice again.. :-)

I ordered the 2 pack of the Samsung water filters DA29-00003g/f for our American fridge freezer.Unfortunately when the package arrived it only contained one filter, not the two.Once again however Amazon customer service are the stars of the show.Within minutes using the call back service the problem has been rectified.Hats off to you Amazon for great customer service.The filter itself, does the job - provides 6 mths of cold filtered water for us, no issues - 4 stars.The two pack filters, well with only one arriving I can't go above - 1 starAmazon customer service - 5 stars

The codes for the water filters can be misleading, and the cap on top when it arrived made it seem like it was the wrong model but it was in fact the correct one for my fridge. It takes a bit of a forceful movement to get it in the correct position but is working well and providing nicely filtered water!

I bought this as the water filter in our fridge had expired. I researched and saw this was the recommended cartridge. It arrived after a glitch in the ordering process and fits in the fridge. It seems to be working ok.

Reasonable value for money and fit as a direct replacement for the original

There was a different colour cap to the genuine items that I have previously purchased. I used it as a routine replacement.
