Doesn't deserve any stars
I should have read the reviews. Have today been direct to Bose website. Product unavailable there so started a Chat with them where I was able to order Bose replacement £8.95. Cheaper than the rubbish I received via this website although had to pay postage to Bose. A lesson learnt for me.
