When I took it on an empty stomach, I started to feel sick pretty quickly. As for effectiveness, it didn’t significantly raise my iron levels, but it did help maintain them so they didn’t drop any further. Overall, it’s a good option if you need a gentler iron supplement, especially during pregnancy.
