This is a great product! As someone who is very asymmetrical, I have enjoyed using this product to balance out my smaller side. The insert stays in place fairly well, is easy to clean, and I appreciate the case that it comes in. Once you have the insert in, you really don’t feel it at all once it comes to body temperature. It’s been a great product for me overall and I’m glad I found it after trying several different options!

The silicone bra Inserts provide a nice, subtle boost and work well for adding a little extra shape and volume. The clear gel design is comfortable and discreet, making them a good option for a variety of outfits. However, I’ve noticed that they can slide around in your bra if you’re moving around a lot, which can be a bit inconvenient. They don’t always stay perfectly in place, so you might need to adjust them occasionally throughout the day. Overall, these inserts are good for a quick boost, but just be prepared to make a few adjustments if you're staying active. They’re a nice enhancement, but the sliding can be a minor drawback.

I was expecting a concave product that would fit nicely. However, this product is a convex (pillow-shaped) flexible object that is quite small. It does not serve the intended purpose no matter how you use it. Returning it.
