Leí muchas veces que la botella no era efectiva en el tema del mal olor y efectivamente después de un día de tener agua, esta ya guarda mal olor, ese olor típico a humedad, eso me hace cuestionar la efectividad del producto, puedo decir que en apariencia es excelente así como el concepto, aunque reitero que no estoy conforme. Me veo en la necesidad de solicitar un reembolso

I purchased this bottle in March of 2026. Two weeks ago, the bottle cap stopped working. It doesn't clean anymore. For the amount of money I paid, I am very disappointed. The only thing that is a positive is the bottle stays cold for a long time. I would like to get this bottle replaced, but I doubt it will happen.

I was supper happy when I first got it but after a month I don’t really use much ,battery has no life at all plus I the heat in my car, tends to get a plastic smell in water due to plastic cap and parts in cap .I mean it’s good but for the price and expectation I was let down I really wanted it to be better ,On the other side of it is a great insulated bottle keeps water hot or cold forever.

This worked for a couple months, I maybe used it 10 times, then it appears to charge but nothing happens when you turn it on. It is a nice water bottle, nice size, but the UV light doesn’t work for long.

I've been using this for months now and I actually have a Another one from a different manufacturer that I prefer. First of all they don't put anything on the outside so you can see how full the water inside is. it has a difficult time starting on some occasions. Otherwise it keeps it very cold and it tastes good.
