Simply better than the others
Really cant see why more people dont make these, this item is fantastic and simply better than any other item me or my partner have tried. Clean, quiet and very well designed. The instructions weren't in English but it is simple to firgue it all out

Instructions in Chinese, but easy to work out what to do, good product
All the instructions were in Chinese or Japanese, but worked out how to operate. Much better than manual enemas. Pleaded with product.

Works very well.
Although instructions are in Chinese, it is very basic and easy to work out how to use it. If you are into colonic irrigation, then this is the easiest, cleanest and efficient way of doing it at home. The whole procedure takes minutes and cleaning up (with mild disinfectant) very quick and easy too. It took quicker than expected to arrive in perfect condition. I am very pleased with this item.
