First time mom..Very speedy labor... had to have been help from the red raspberry leaf tea!
I drank this brand of tea for most of my pregnancy. Starting at about 9/10weeks and into the 3rd tri. I am an avid tea drinker and I liked this flavor tea. It was very tasty iced. Some women say its better with honey but I didnโt mind it plain. My midwife suggested 1 cup per day during the 1st trimester, 2cups 2nd, 3cups 3rd. I switched to the Yogi brand red raspberry leaf tea my third trimester because this was out of stock and enjoyed the flavor of that one a little better. Both teas are very mild and I found both tasty. You can find it here. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0009F3SFK/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_54 both are good and an excellent price to buy in bulk. They say this is a labor prep tea and gets your uterus ready to have a speedy labor. This was my first baby. I drank this tea religiously and it was easy to keep in a jug in the fridge and I would pour a cup here and there throughout the day. (I was in my 3rd trimester throughout the FL summer months so it was nice to have it iced) Towards the end I was drinking this all the time. I went into labor 10 days before my due date. I had a very mild pre-labor which started about 5am on Sept 24th... I didnโt really know I was in labor until the surges started coming closer together and regularly. My water broke at 5pm that day and labor started immediately-- very intense. I got into the birthing tub at 5:45pm and labor advanced quickly. I was fully dilated by 9pm. By body started pushing on its own and I don't remember pushing for very long. I gave birth to my baby girl in the water at 9:57pm that same evening, fully conscious without any pain relief. I don't know if it was in part the tea or my body but I can only assume the tea had something to do with it. They say it helps prep you for a speedy labor and my labor was just that. BEWARE --- a speedy labor means super intense labor. It was hard to stay in focus with the hypnobirthing because it was so intense... I was 0 dilated when my water broke and fully 10cm in less than 4 hours!!!

Amazing!
i swear by this tea. I tell everyone about it. I started drinking in the third trimester I don't remember when but I knew the sooner the better so it could tone the uterus and it did. I drank it mostly every day and noticed later, the days I didn't drink it I didn't have the cramps like I did on the days I did. The cramping indicated it was working so I made sure I drank it every day. I had a healthy pregnancy and the cramps just felt like period cramps. I wasn't worried about it at all. My uterus got stronger. During labor I pushed 5 times and there was my beautiful baby girl. The doctors thanked ME for such a great delivery but I believe it was mostly the tea. I also, did a few other things I researched to help with delivery. I ate dates, they say six a day to help dialate the cervix but i just made granola bars with them. Granola bars-Oats dates nuts chia seeds whatever you like...Prunes. They are sweet enough without any chocolate or honey. I took evening primrose oil twice the last week before my due date. I waited as long as possible to get the epidural. Which wasn't long because both anesthesiologist were needed for c-sections. It was now or never. (Dilated to a 4) One doctor was able to get my epidural going before she went to the cesarean. The epidural these days, you get a constant flow and are able to press a button every 15 minutes to get a little more if you need it. I didn't press it until after I had her so I could "feel" the contractions during labor. I didn't feel much... (Gross warning) I did feel amniotic fluid and blood on my legs and butt when I pushed. I was surprised by this for some reason. I sat on my exercise ball and bounced or rocked whenever I could. Pregnancy and labor(before epidural) Dark delivery room My water broke and I labored for an hour at home, six hours later I had her. Most of that time I was able to relax because of the epidural (my mom thought I was sleeping) the nurse told me I should try and sleep to get energy for the pushing part. (What?! Sleep?! People are able to sleep during labor? I said... with an epidural) I pushed for fifteen minutes, twenty at most. My doctor was still getting his gloves on as she came out. There was another doctor and student ready to catch her though. All of these things probably helped my delivery but like I said, I think it was mostly the tea.

MIRACLE TEA!
My doctors told me because I am petite I would probably have to have a c-section. I only desired to have an all natural vaginal birth and became desperate to find ways to make that happen. I discovered this tea at 34 weeks. Ordered it immediately after reading the rave reviews. Received the tea in the mail 2 days later. During my 35th week of pregnancy I drank this tea twice a day in a large coffee mug (steeped the tea for 15min-30 min). After a week of drinking this tea I went in for my 35 week check up and was already dilated 2cm! My doctor called off any thoughts of a c-section. At 36 weeks I upped my intake to 3 tea bags (3 large coffee cups) per day. 36 week check up I was 4 cm dilated!! At 37 weeks I went into labor out of nowhere, was able to have an all-natural birth (it hurt like heck) but I pushed my baby out in 8 minutes (perfectly healthy baby boy)! The nurses at the hospital said they had never seen such a thing and that my body exuded such unheard of strength. I do believe that this tea worked miracles in my body! I am so thankful for it and will be guzzling it when I'm pregnant with my 2nd baby one day :) Also, my husband made me a giant batch of this tea on the way to the hospital and drank it while laboring... I highly suggest it! The taste is a normal herbal tea taste. I am not a huge fan of tea but when you're desperate to have to best labor and delivery possible, you will do anything to make that happen. I don't like tea and I did fine drinking this 3 times a day. Don't listen to the reviews about this tea tasting awful. Just think happy thoughts while drinking it, IT TRULY IS MIRACLE TEA!!

but he did say that it was good that my cervix was thinning so I would not ...
I started drinking this twice a day, along with primrose oil casules, on the day of my 36 week checkup with my first baby. I was only 1/2 cm dilated and 0% effaced. We went in for my 37 week checkup and I was 1.5 cm dilated and 70% effaced. At my 38 week checkup we saw a different doctor and I had not progressed at all, but he did say that it was good that my cervix was thinning so I would not be one of the first time moms that would need to have this done with the medication, which he said is fairly common. Today at my 39 week checkup, I saw another different doctor and he said that I was 1-2 cm dilated and only 50% effaced.... I'm not sure how accurate the last two doctor's I've seen are, but I may be a little biased because I really like the one that I usually see. But I do think this is helping to prepare my cervix for labor, however if you go into it thinking that it will help to induce labor you may be disappointed. However we have tried everything:walking, sex, pineapple. So I'm not blaming the product since nothing has been effective in putting me into labor so far. Also the taste is actually pleasant. I just stir in a little honey and it helps me to relax before I go to bed. I've completely replaced it with coffee in the mornings as well. But I'll post an update on how everything goes with the labor and delivery though. Hopefully soon!!

Tastes good
I like this tea so much more than raspberry red leaf tea alone. I was mixing the red leaf tea with lemons and lemonade, but the mix of mint in this blend makes it palatable without additives. Pleasant and calming taste.

Health tonic for Women
This tea is Amazing. It has lot of health benefits. I brought this for my 2nd pregnancy. Since my first pregnancy was a c-section, trying for a natural delivery second time was a big question in front of me. I have researched a lot and found many suggesting this tea. I was trying for v-bac second time and started drinking this tea from 6 th month onwards. I brew this in a flask and take to office and mix with some hot water and drink this through out the day. I use 2 tea bags at a time. I did not had a heart burn or muscle cramps or swellings this time. I believe this tea helped me a lot to have a painless delivery. I started having pain morning 7.00 am and baby came at 9.00 pm. I went hospital just 2 hours before delivery when pain was 511. The pain was bearable and I have not taken any epidural. Bearing pain I cooked chicken curry had full lunch and packed and kept for my spouse in fridge so that he can use it next day when I'm in hospital. I know that if I go to hospital when pain starts they will put IV and wont even allow me to eat or drink. So I had a very good time at home before starting to hospital. I brought a lot during that time and my daughter is now 1 year old and recently I start using the remaining tea. This time I notice like I did not even had a PMS pain and no tiredness. It was light and not heavy and not painfull at all . This tea is helping me out. I added some ginger, bay leaf and pepper cons to it since I had some cough. This is a really health tonic for women.

Great flavor! Will update after delivery, but it's worth it to drink just because it tastes great!
UPDATE AFTER DELIVERY: I pushed 3 times. That's it. Honest to God, I pushed 3 times total and my baby was here. I'd drink gallons of ANYTHING for results like that, but this tea really was the easiest part of pregnancy and YES I do still drink it because it tastes great. She's almost two now, and all my friends will get this recommendation from me for as long as I live, because all the Labor and Delivery nurses were absolutely stunned. Gobsmacked. Flabbergasted. They all could not believe the speed at which I delivered this, my first, baby. It's the tea, yall. I'm gonna start advertising for them door to door like an evangelist. I really love the flavor of this tea. I'm 38 weeks pregnant now, and have been drinking 2 cups per day for about 5 weeks now. Can't tell you yet if it seems to help with a shorter or easier labor, I'll try to remember to update that info once my lil one arrives! I've ordered this twice now and both times, the package comes completely beat up and squished, but the tea bags never seem to be harmed so I don't mind that much. The flavor of the tea is so great, I will honestly probably keep drinking this long after I give birth. It's now one of my favorite teas. There's no fruit flavor (because it's red raspberry leaves, not the fruit) just a very aromatic herbal taste. The tea satchets have little funny or inspirational phrases on the tags, which I think is a nice touch.

Yum!
This tea is really good, especially with a teaspoon of honey stirred in. I can't speak to how effective it is as I'm not due for another couple months, but it is certainly a nice evening routine and makes me feel good!

Tastes Good
The product itself is very good - one of the better tasting red raspberry leaf teas that I have tried. It has a nice minty flavour but not too strong. My only problem with it is that the box came damaged and it took over a month to arrive... if you have the time to wait and don't mind the box being dented then its a good purchase.

if you are looking to give birth super fast, then this is the product for you
Well, if you are looking to give birth super fast, then this is the product for you!! First time mom here and I progressed so fast that the nurses didn't believe me I hadn't had children before. I work at the hospital that I delivered at. Three days before my due date I had labour pains, very minor, every 10 or 15 mins all night... It wasn't too bad so I thought it wasn't a big deal; I even slept through some of them. I worked a full day the next day, with labour pains every 10 mins apart... Again it wasn't too bad... So, I thought it was just false labour signs because it didn't really hurt a lot. That morning before work one of our doctors checked me and said I was 3cm dilated. She said the baby could arrive within the next couple of days... Or up to a week. I worked my full shift and commuter an hour home. That night around 8pm I started feeling more pain...but contractions were too far apart. I was told to come in when they are 6 mins apart for 1 full minute each and this lasts for 1 hour. Well, none of this was happening... It went from, 10-15 mins apart to 5 mins, 3mins... All within an hour. By the time i took a shower before my 1 hour commute back to work (the hospital to deliver), on the highway they went down to 2.5 mins apart with pretty intense labor pains. I went to triage and when they checked me I was 8cm and at 90% ... All I had energy for was to say: I want an epidural now! Please !! By the time I got the epidural about 20 mins later, I was at 9cm. The delivering doctor was so impressed she kept saying: I can't believe this is your first child, you are made for babies! It feels like a fourth child ! This meant a lot to me because my work is a baby hospital and we deliver 6500 babies per year....so clearly this was an educated judgement The actual active labour (with pushing) also was extremely short... The doc actually wasnt ready for me to deliver because she came so fast...and the nurse had to hold the baby's head back ... The "pushing baby back" part of the labour would be the only hega
