Flavor is intense. It is dark and rich. I put it in Old Fashioned Oats for my dessert at night. It would be great for baking too I would suspect. It does have a higher fat content (10 -12%) due to the amount of cocoa butter left in. This is 30 calories per tablespoon and the Hershey's unsweetened cocoa has 10 calories. Still a nice dark cocoa for flavor. Price was good too for the 1 pound package. It will last a very long time. Would recommend.

Doubted the product by the taste of it. Used in baking had only one egg substituting flax. yetturned out to be a great choc cake! Would recommend for baking even during the egg shortages.

this product is theist chocolate taste. hot chocolate pretty close to no caffeine coffee. its not inexpensive but you do not need much for the flavor.

Was very surprised how good it was! I was sad that the Anthony's red cocoa powder has been out of stock, so I resorted to this guy. And oh man!! I love that the different cocoa powders have unique flavor profiles. I got a very smores-esqe flavor from it and I'm hooked. Still on the look or if that red cocoa powder though!!
