Very useful and effective.

I can't talk about the effectiveness of the product as I haven't been taking it long enough, but the size is HUGE, the largest tablets I've taken in my life. I almost choked one day. There is an option to cut it in half but it's still so long I'm skeptical. I think time release wise they are good because I can see it stays in my system longer but I wouldn't buy again due to size
