Good Value
This drill was a bit of a disappointment (read on) - I bought this to drill and chisel rocks in a hole I was digging in some of the hardest dirt (chirt) I have ever found - The drill got pretty warm getting near too hot to handle - The casing cracked around the Spindle Handle that did not want to stay in place - The corrugated housing where the integrated handle joins the main body pulled back revealing the attachment hardware - Using it revealed it was not the quality of the high end drills I normally buy such as Makita and Milwaukee and the hammer function, though clearly working with a fair "Hammer Impact" did not always make much progress causing me to quit on a hole or two and go on to another location on this tough as nails rock - I thought about returning the drill but didn't want to look like the folks that buy with the plan of returning the tool when done to avoid buying what they should - I decided not to return the drill because in the end it was very helpful, still works well, and it got me through the job - NOT TO MENTION it is a heck of a value for such a hammer drill - I believe it would do well in cinder block or even concrete and that is why I gave this great value five stars - It saved me a bunch of money on a high end hammer drill that I would not expect to use very much in the future - I recommend this hammer drill if hammer drilling is not something you'll be doing much of with serious / professional needs.

GREAT BUY! NOT a "frequently returned item" to ME...
I warn in advance I tend to write long, but the details are usually worth it!!!I bought this drill when I was new to the "SDS-what?" thing and didn't know the full differences (Plus, Max, etc.) But I had some heavy-duty projects around the house to do, and while I might have been new in terms of SDS drills, I'm not new to evaluating tools in general. The specs and reviews looked decent (as compared to other brands,) and while I love a certain 20V name brand tools and would have loved cordless, price and power in terms of Jules made me choose this as my first "full size," serious weight SDS-Plus drill (I also have a 20V Dewalt Atomic SDS-Plus but it was way underpowered for the projects I had at hand...)Anyway, I digress. Vevor has always been good products for me, so I ordered this one a bit over a year ago and I have been extremely happy with it since. It FEELS solid in terms of build, weight (recoil absorption,) etc. The provided instructions are satisfactory to attain a good working knowledge of the components, features, functions + maintenance of the drill. So here's the good part. Ever try to drill a 2 9/16" inch hole for conduit through a 100 year old, solid, 11" thick, rebar reinforced, poured concrete foundation wall with a cheapo import drill? This one did it 3 times over and keeps on going... Of course it took awhile using 2 (one hit rebar 1/2 way through) Milwaukee concrete hole saws with extension rod. But even more so, it drilled and hammered away for good constant 1+ hour plus sessions and with NO malfunctions or issues whatsoever. (I had to stop periodically to rest - it didn't.)I dont know what issues people seem to have had to make this a so-called "frequently returned item" as flagged above, but I've been happy with it since day 1, and it continues to do what it's supposed to do...Not bad for a cheap(er,) generic import knockoff tool. I am pleasantly surprised and would buy it again.l!

This thing will deal with anything you throw at it, extremely durable. Excellent buy
I have owned this product for about 7 months now. All I can say is...WOW. I guarantee nobody has beat the crap out of this thing like I have. I cut out the entire perimeter of my basement for a french drain that channels drainage pipe wrapped in screen into a sump pump. I used this tool for the ENTIRE thing, about 60 feet total trench. I ran this thing endlessly doing that and got through all of it. I didn't know what I was doing with the grease and even was using the wrong mode to start out for a while. Regardless, this beast still works flawlessly and has had zero issues. I also used it to flatten out some concrete edges in the barn to fix some structural issues. You can't go wrong with this thing. ALSO, use Poly-Moxy grease, you can find it at AutoZone. The dedicated hammer grease is way too expensive and does not work as well.

Legit tool!
Guys I've got to tell you I was sceptical when I bought this hammer drill but I chipped about 60% of the stucco off a house I was doing an exterior remodel on and it held up just fine. I burned through a dozen blades and the drill never had a problem. I would keep an eye on the temperature of it while under really heavy use but when that happened I would just let it sit a few minutes (which was definitely ok with me) and it was back to work. Took me about 2 weeks to do the job. I gave it 4 stars because the fore grip attachment was a little flimsy. I would definitely recommend this tool. ๐

legit tool great hammer drill
I tought I only had to break a couple of inches of cement man this tool did the job broke up more than 10 inches square deep was skeptical but vevor proved me wrong definitely will be back for some more tools from them. Great buy and value

Worked well. Great price point.
Paid $85. Used it with 1 1/2โ bit (36โ long). Worked well boring holes for deer fence posts. Handled tough, rocky Connecticut soil. It wonโt bore big subterranean rocks (what will?). Otherwise, made a tough job easier at a great price point (drill bit cost more than the drill). As others noted, there is no โdrill onlyโ mode - misleading advertising.

High value power
Why not regular kill when you can go overkill?! It was hard to tell if I was drilling 1/2" holes through concrete or wood given how fast it was at doing so. It is not small or light, but that comes with the territory. It has plenty of impact on the working end and a comfortable light vibration for the operator. It seems versatile enough for use with SDS-Max bits and/or a SDS-Plus adapter. If you factor in inefficiencies in the adapter, you still have plenty of power. The chipping function with the included bit is also unbelievably good! I haven't used the included 22 mm bit, but maybe one day I will. It is an incredible value and I was surprised at how inexpensive it is compared to the competition. It is easy enough to use that I didn't need to check the instruction manual.

Not for me
The drill that was sent to me appeared to have been. opened by someone else There were things missing I'm surprisedthat amazon would send this to me as new. However the main reason for the return IT was to heavy the for the small job that i needed it for

Excellent for the Homeowner
Vevor for the price is excellent value and quality. This particular rotary hammer drill when through brick and cinder block like a champ. Used if for a 4" x 10" vent opening and did everything from drilling holes at all four corners first and then busting the rest.

Drill Review
Thank you for the nice machine. The delivery was very good. I have already drilled some 22 mm holes in rock. The machine has a lot of punch. This rotary hammer drill is great value.

Well Built and Affordable
I've had contractor's put down this product by Vevor but I've used it and it performed great. I didn't have to spend 8 or 9 hundred dollars on a big brand name product when this one did an awesome job for just over one hundred. Don't be fooled if you're doing a job around your own home this unit will save you money and we all need to save these days. It's well built, affordable and comes with a case. I recommend this product and I will be considering other vevor products in the future.
