Solid phone that looks and works like new—great battery life too. Picked this up as an upgrade from an older Android, and it's been smooth sailing. The 512GB storage is plenty for all my photos and apps, and the midnight color has a nice sleek look without showing fingerprints too bad. Screen is big and bright, camera takes clear shots, and it feels fast for everyday stuff like browsing and streaming. As a renewed model, it came in excellent shape—no scratches or dings—and the battery health is at 100%, which is awesome for a used phone. The phone is 5 stars but the experience is 4 stars. Phone works perfectly, I was able to verify that it's a genuine original manufactured iPhone, the battery life is great, and it works exactly as it should. So I'm thrilled with the phone. I've been using it for about a week now. Charges great on the magsafe charger as well. The problem I have is with customer service. Before I purchased this phone I read all the reviews and recall someone else bringing this up, so it still seems to be an issue. Or possibly it just happens on occasion and I happen to get a phone in this situation. The problem is when the seller gets the phone and does whatever it is they do to restore or refurbish it, they need to then erase it completely and set it back to original factory settings so that when the consumer receives it, we turn it on to the "hello" screen and can set the language and take it through the proper step by step set up. What I received was a phone that had already gone through the set up process and it was in a different language. So I was completely stuck as I don't speak Chinese. I had no idea what buttons to press or how to fix it because of course it was all in Chinese. Luckily, I figured out to use my old iPhone and try to recognize some of the icon images on the screen of the new iPhone and match side-by-side the steps on my old iPhone the best I could and it ended up working where I was able to erase this phone and reset it to factory settings to get it to start up on the "hello" set up screen so I could choose English as the language and go through the proper set up. The customer should never have to go through this much trouble as the seller should be providing the phones already ready for us to set up and not have us have to work magic to try to figure it out as many people are not super tech savvy and this could really be quite frustrating. It's a simple thing, but it's a big thing, and the seller really needs to be aware of this and not continue sending phones out that aren't ready with the set up screen for the new owner. With all that said, the phone works great, it arrived on time and I'm very happy with the phone and if I were to purchase another refurbished phone I would probably buy it from this seller again as the quality is good. Maybe my set up was just a mistake and maybe they deliver it properly most of the time, not sure.

I’ve only had it for a few hours so I will update later if anything changes. So far, it’s been great. Easy to switch my other phone over and the battery health is at 95% which is great. So far, no issues. The only thing is packaging. The bubble wrap was very thin and phone could have cracked if thrown.

So far, the iPhone works great. The charger didn't work at all. I bought this phone for my son. I had to buy him another charger. I will post an update if anything changes!!

Very pleased with both the iPhone and seller! They accommodated me and went above and beyond to answer questions! I am not however very happy Amazon as usual didn’t ship it on time so I didn’t get it for 3 days later than was advertised but that again is on Amazon not the seller so Amazon do better by the sellers! I highly recommend this sellers products! My iPhone was in brand new condition with zero marks dents scratches etc. everything works as expected. Updated to latest iOS 26 without issue. Battery is at new heath! The very tippy top right corner of the screen is a bit angry at times to touch response but that actually is most likely a software issue that a bug fix will be put out soon by Apple so right now I’m not concerned. I will update on this if something changes but at the moment I love my new iPhone! Thank you seller! You’ve gained an Apple customer for life!

Came in great condition. Only a few scratches around the camera lens but that’s ok with me. Battery’s life is 100 percent. I haven’t had any problems with the phone since I got it last week. It was definitely worth the buy I love the color, the camera quality is great.

The phone looks good, the screen it’s good, cameras good, speakers working, microphones working, it has couple scratches but nothing horrendous, with a case it’s totally fine, the only bad thing and that’s why its not 5 ⭐️ it’s the battery, it’s 85% of capacity, more than that, great! I will give an update if something happens!!!

I am happy with this phone, there is no complaint. It looks brand new, there is not a single scratch or scuff mark to be seen. Everything is perfect. It came with a charger and the block to go with it, and I was sent a SIM tray pin as well. It was perfectly wrapped in the box. The only thing that bothered me is the seller ignored my message when I asked if it was an eSIM or dual SIM, as a lot of reviews said it was eSIM. Other than that, go get this phone! It looks new right out of the box, and the battery life was at 87%.

The phone arrived with some dirt and signs of wear—which I understand, as it’s a refurbished item—but I expected it to be a bit cleaner. More concerning, after setting it up, I started receiving frequent scam calls and noticed multiple attempted logins to my Apple ID from different countries. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this purchase based on that experience.
