My spouse has been taking these for two weeks and it does seem as if there have been fewer hot flashes so far. However, they’ve experienced some pretty extreme dry mouth since taking this supplement. We aren’t 100% sure it’s a side effect of the supplement, but that is the only thing they’ve done differently, so we’re pretty sure of the cause. (They have not been taking four capsules per day as directed. They take one with morning meds and one with evening meds.) They’ll have to take it a bit longer to see if the hot flashes continue to diminish, but they’re really tired of the dry-mouth symptoms, so we probably won’t buy again.

I'm in my late 30s, nearing 40, and pre- menopause. However, I've noticed my mood gets irritable more than it used to and I'll feel overheated, which I chalk up to changing hormone levels. I've had luck with similar products. I was happy to be able to try this product! I have taken 1 pill per day over the course of a week. They aren't too hard to swallow, normal pill size. They haven't upset my stomach or given me any bad side effects. The calming, positive mood I have experienced has been similar to other herbal products for women I have used in the past. Overall, short-term I have had a positive experience with this product, and less incidents of feeling overly moody this week. This is just my personal experience with the product, obviously everyone is different, and you should talk to your doc to make sure it's safe for you. Just a heads up- This product does contain an herb, Shatavari, that can stimulate lactation of the breasts in some women and that might be an uncomfy side effect for some, Just make sure you check with your doctor that it's right for you. :)

I was waiting to try these when it really heats up in summer and my hot flashes are worse but I couldn't wait. Unfortunately even the mild ones I get at night when it's still spring-cool (in winter my bedroom is 50-55 degrees) persist. The capsules themselves are easy enough to swallow with no taste or aftertaste. They do reek in the bottle though.

For a week before use I noted hot flashes and while taking these did the same. Nothing changed, they were still as uncomfortable as always. Don't waste your money on these.

I’m peri-menopausal and have recently been dealing with a lot of hot flashes. Right after I ordered this, they started improving some on their own, but I feel like they improved even more after I started taking these. I get them less frequently now and have slept through the night better. (I did go off of these for a couple days just to see, and I did notice my hot flashes were a little worse again.)The ingredients are all plant-based and several of them have possible benefits for menstrual cycle health in general, so there may be benefits for women who are not yet menopausal but who are struggling with menstrual issues like PMS. There are some cautions for those with family history of breast or ovarian cancer since the ingredients act like estrogen in the body.The only downside for me with these is the price. I have been taking the suggested dosage, which is 2 servings a day. Each serving is 2 capsules, so that is 4 per day. When symptoms aren’t as bad, a lower dosage would probably work.

I have been taking herbal supplements for several years to combat menopause symptoms, and these rank right up there with the best I've taken. They have high quality ingredients such as black cohosh and dong quai that have been known for centuries to help prevent hot flashes, night sweats, and other menopause maladies. The capsules are very easy to swallow and have no taste, but the bottle does have a slightly earthy odor, which is fine -- these are made with herbs! I will post a photo of the capsules next to a coin for size reference, and I hope that's helpful. I'm happy with this product

I got these VH Nutrition MENOLITE+ supplements to help with menopausal symptoms, especially hot flashes. It is hard to 100% say that they helped to decrease my hot flashes but they sure give me a greater peace of mind in helping me manage my symptoms. The advantage is that this brand has some ingredients that are not typically found in post menopausal supplements. I like the idea that they are more plant based and not a routine part of most supplements. Overall I like these for the extra piece of mind.
