Men's Watch Calendar CD-CALE-at-LT-STST-BK

For this price, I wouldn't have thought I was able to get such a piece. Marvelous, and yet rare enough to have people wondering what kind of brand and watch this is. Was concerned about quality, but so far, so good: right on time and never stops because it's out of power. Very happy! Hope I can still say this in 2 years time, but only time will tell...

I like it all except the fact that when you bend your wrist the buttons on the side can be pressed, which changes the Year, Month, Date and Day - can be a bit irritating.

It is rubbish! It isn't capable of keeping time! In fact, all though it is kept in a watch winder it consistently loses one hour ten minutes every 24 hours. It is also very difficult to read the day and date because the dials are too small when covered by the hour and minute hand. Also, it would cost too much to return it to the seller for setting correctly. The watch was bought as a present to be given this week but that can't happen now,

This is the best watch that I ever had, I was so excited to open the box today. I dreamed to have it for ages and finally I found the right price and the easiest way to have it. Never seen one before in shops.

Nice size, looks good. Very easy to set date/day etc. Only negative is that the year only goes to 2023. Other than that very happy

I found this watch to be extremely comfortable, elegant, sturdy and exact. Among the pro's I have discovered while wearing it (other that the ones already posted in existing reviews), I would also list the "butterfly" locker for the leather band /strip, which makes it harder to get stolen than regular lockers. Likewise, I found that the sound made by the automatic system is imperceptible in everyday situations, which is far better than at most similarly-priced watches. Its rigidity confers an overall sense of masculinity and makes the watch suitable for almost all situations other than sports. The only serious complaint I've read about this watch is that the year indicator only goes up to 2023. I hardly find this to be an inconvenience, because (1) this is an "entry-level" automatic watch and if you are really keen on this type of watches, you will most surely buy a more advanced (and expensive) model until 2023, and (2) if you ever decide to sell it after 2023, the fact that its calendar year will have gone only up until 2023 while the watch still functions flawlessly will surely add to the value of the piece. I recommend this watch to those who care about functionality and attractive design at an affordable price. I do not recommend this timepiece to those who care that Constantin Durmont is a Hamburg-based company that produces its watches in China (as in the case of most of today's most profitable companies, such as Apple).
