Everything good

This is a great headrest. Well thought out design. Ignore the bad review.

This is not a good investment. As someone with both a chronic back and neck issue, I thought the headrest would be a good addition for the times my neck needs support. This Headrest is NOT the answer. It throws off the weight of the Mirra 2 chair, causing it to lean further back than the chair mechanisms intend, in general use. More specific to the headrest addition, when applying weight or pressure against the headrest, there is approximately 15-20 degrees of additional lean. This is felt noticeably after the Mirra 2 has reached it's intended resting point. This headrest could potentially ruin the ergonomic value that the Mirra 2 specifically provides. Ergonomics aside, the construction is poor. My screws on the headrest are currently locked in place with no amount of force loosening them. This makes the headrest angle unadjustable. The weight of the headrest is too might for the joints and it sags. With the tightening mechanism broken, this is unfixable, though changing it's orientation prior to the screw breaking it was unreliable at best.

I’ve had a head rest that was aftermarket for another German miller chair, it was great. This thing is a nightmare of bad touch points, finicky functionality, and low build quality.
