This pasta is amazing! I have tried a lot of low carb pasta and this has the best ingredients and macros!! The texture is really satisfying lol it’s firm but soft at the same time?? There is a slight bean flavor and doesn’t taste like traditional pasta but I love making Alfredo so I can’t tell with the sauce!! I highly recommended. It’s pricey but worth it for me.

I've tried a lot of alternative pastas and this one has become my clear favorite. The macros are outstanding, high protein, low carb, and a genuinely good amount of volume so you feel like you're able to eat a ton. I've used these for a Mediterranean pasta bake, on their own with no sauce (sue me, I'm both a foodie and a food is fuel type), and even in a kugel, and they held up beautifully in all three. Yes, there's a slight beany undertone that's noticeable if you're looking for it, but it doesn't bother me at all and fades into the background once it's sauced up. If you're craving pasta but trying to stay on track nutritionally, this hits. Super filling too, a little goes a long way. Probably don't eat the entire box in one day like I did, because that's a ton of beans

Great pasta, tastes like normal pasta to me. Only draw back is that it’s expensive. Found exact same pasta at Ross for $5.99 a box. Emptied the self :)

Was little worried about the lupin bean flavor, but it's honestly not bad. You taste it a tiny bit plain, but once you put it in sauce you can't even tell. Definitely buying again.

Tasty pasta with significantly less CARBS! They take a bit longer to cook and do not have smooth texture of wheat, but so much better for my Blood Sugars!

This pasta has been a nice option when I want a filling meal without going overboard on carbs. The texture worked well in a few different dishes I made, and I liked how easy it was to build a simple dinner around it.

I am a big low-carb eater and this pasta is ok I can definitely taste the plant consistency of it so if you’re new to low-carb, you might wanna wait a few weeks until you get this because you’re probably not gonna like it at first. It’s super healthy and the texture is softer than regular pasta. Cook time is longer than regular pasta maybe by five minutes so it’s cooked.

This stuff tastes similar to whole wheat pasta. It will do if I want pasta but I'm not the biggest fan.

Although this product is very pricey in Canada I do believe that it is still worth a try if you are on keto or low carb diet. The pasta is excellent and if you cook carefully it is very filling and delicious. I treat myself to a portion a week and I find it not too much. 12 treats for the price is worth it to me.

First time I made this, I salted the water and cooked it about 8 or 9 mins - I was disappointed. Too salty and too mushy. Second time, I didn't add any salt and only let pasta boil for about a min or two before reducing to a simmer for 5 or 6 minutes more (7 in total). It was amazing in my recipe, which was adding the pasta to pre-made pasta sauce and a couple of table spoons of heavy cream powder. That's it. So good! I don't know how it will hold up in a pasta salad or if it's baked - but the way I made it was really good. Also, the portion size was enough for me, as I am trying to have my lighest meal for dinner. The price point is a little high when compared to regular pasta, but to eat what feels like a real pasta dish that doesn't spike my BS for $4.50 per serving is worth it for me.

It was pretty good and I mostly bought it for the low carbs and high fibre. I added a bit of pesto sauce, feta, a bit of seasoned oil. It’s a bit mushy but I probably boiled it too long. Yes the price is higher than regular pasta but one box gives you 4 servings.

If I could leave a "0" I certainly would. This product is absolutely terrible. If you don't cook it long enough it's hard and unpleasant. If you cook it a little extra, it becomes soft and mushy. I wanted to return the remaining boxes but they don't take returns. Avoid this product and read the company fine print before you purchase anything. Not happy.
