Check the firmware first thing
Right out of the box it had question marks for the firmware, started destroying prints well into the process from the very beginning (it took all of the filament sent plus more to finally print the Buddha), had a less than 10% success rate at finishing even the most basic stuff, and the prints were coming apart. As a last resort I grabbed a bed leveling form from Thingiverse to get rid of the filament and try new filament to see if that was at least part of it. This time I watched the machine 'grow grass' and noticed the head actually doing jerk motions against the print layout and knocking the print off of the bed. After seeing that I started paying close attention and noticed the size of the print was going from rope to pancake from one row the the next within a mm of each other. When I tried to stop the print the screen wouldnt respond at all so after a while I just shut off the machine and after a bit restarted it only to see the bed and nozzle heat settings were 0. Eventually I figured out how to manually reset the heat levels only to have the machine warm up, act like it was going to start printing a new print, and sit at the front corner. Classic troubleshooting I tried to do the bed level print again which reset all of the settings and started but immediately started screwing up the print, stopping and building piles of resin, and froze the selection screen again. New to 3D printing but have been doing low voltage for almost 30yrs, an electrician for almost 15, and did electro-mechanical in the Army so not exactly tech stupid. What a disaster!!!!!

IKEA like instructions
This came in 25 pcs and takes quite some time to decipher the picture instructions and actual parts to put together.

Horrible machine. Stops being level mid print.
This is my first printer. It has been a HORRIBLE experience, from start to what is now a permanent finish to this "hobby" for me.The bed becomes unleveled (deleveled?) MID. PRINT. I have printed the same bed leveling calibration print hundreds of times, and the bed just magically comes unleveled during, between, whenever the H it wants really. Fact of the matter is I'm now about 3 months into my ownership of this "great beginner machine" (fake reviews bought by the Chinese owner company) and am yet to start getting any type of print to even complete on anything one could consider a regular basis. I look at this machine and the bed comes unlevel. I breathe in the same room, unlevel. And if it DOES manage to get past the first layer? (Yes I'm scrubbing it with dawn and 99.9% ipa, thanks) massive amounts of vibration cause banding that can't be rectified. The printhead carriage is also made of butter, if you take the fan shroud off you'll strip the screw holes. And neither belt comes with a tensioner. What a joke. You have to print crappy upgrades to be able to print better upgrades, just to be able to print anything. AND THATS IF THE BED STAYS IN PLACE. I've changed the screws, then switched them for silicone spacers and the problem remains almost as if the printhead itself just floats at random spacing above the bed, and the bed has nothing to do with it. I'm way, way past my wits end, and the available help from their customer bribing service (they sent me 2 kg of pla to delete my last review. THIS ONE STAYS UP, "JENNY" FROM SHENZHEN!). The internet seemingly can't help me either. I would request my money back if at all possible. And calibration guides are a scam to keep you coming back to their guides, because the more times you view their ads, the more they get paid. Ellis and TTYT3D are literal scammers making people "calibrate" their printers wrong to keep them coming back and viewing their ads and YT channels. All of 3d printing seems to be nothing but a scam, in terms of consumer use. I'm done. Maybe Facebook marketplace will take this junk, because I don't want it taking up space in my house anymore.TL;DR: you'll NEVER print figures or smooth surfaces with this, and you'll spend hours per day leveling the bed. Awful machine from a sketchy company.

Easy 3D printer
This printer is very easy to use and compared to my friends who have got under three printers it is a piece of cake. I definitely recommend this printer to anyone interested in getting into the hobby. it is easy to use and has the capability of installing BL touch. If you have trouble just troubleshoot and keep pushing on and you will figure it out once again I recommend this printer to everyone. also the reason I'm not a verified buyer is because I bought the printer on a different Amazon account.
