Thick and plasticky feel to them

I’m after using several different remover such as this, but this has to be the worst burning one I ever used.I am not personnel who have allergies.. but this product made my eye puffy and weirdly the next day it was sore and even left a little scab

The lashes itself seem to be in good condition but the box is totally smashed and I’m very unsure if I even can use these lashes due to the amount of plastic that’s in between them it just doesn’t seem very safe. I was looking forward to using these lashes since I have the classic lashes from this brand and they are great and came in great condition. Maybe it was just handled very poorly in transit.
