DDMY Adhesive Wall Hooks Clear 50lb(Max) Heavy Duty Hanging Sticky-10 Pack

Bought these about a year ago and was impressed with their ease of application and they actually do a really good job of holding decent weight.Compelled to write my review now though because I finally took one off. I put one on a wall this past week to hang something. I had a couple in a drawer. Super convenient. I found the box a couple days later and it says to not put on painted walls. Whoops!! So I went about removing it. I followed the instructions and used a hair dryer to help pull it off the wall. I had to use pliers at one point because my hands got to hot but still ok. Long story short with a little bit of patience it came off with no residue.I don’t think there reusable because the heat warped it a little but they were $10 for 24 when I bought them to I’m not stressed. I also used them in a way it said not to but it still worked out.

I just received the hooks, and to tell you the truth I was not expecting to much from this product.But let me tell you, if they actually hold in place and they don’t come out after a windy day I will be very happy 😊So far so good, the adhesive stick to my aluminum post really firmly.I will do an update if anything changes, but as a right now is a 5 star

TLDR Version: Strong and incredibly versatile. Also aesthetically pleasing. Exceeded my expectations.The only thing I haven't done is attempt to remove one that's been on for a while, I'll follow up when I do. I did have one I put on crooked and had to remove before it fully settled. It left no sticky residue, it was already pretty secure, so I had to put a little amount of effort to remove it, but even doing so, I was able to peel it off slowly without any damage to the paint. I can't remember which one anymore because I've checked each hook I've placed since to make sure they were still secure, and every single one, even the one I removed and replaced, have an unbelievably strong hold. I've included some pictures of the usages that I attempted and am very impressed how well these worked for what I need. I used a couple to support some floating shelves with items on them in my game room. The screws weren't going through and in a last stitch effort, I tried replacing them with one of these hooks on each side. There's a gap with the type of shelf I'm using from the hook, but the plushies and nerd figures hide it well from normal viewing. There's a small gap between the fridge and my wall in the kitchen, previously a useless space, now has a small laundry bag for kitchen linens (which I've packed with wet cleaning cloths) over another one that holds the toolbag I keep a drill and scrubber attachments in. No signs of weakness in either of those. I just got done hanging a lantern in the kitchen from the ceiling since our kitchen has poor lighting. By the time I stepped off the stool and back on with the lantern, it was already strong enough to handle me pulling lightly at it while I made some height adjustments. The swinging hook is secure whether it's hanging from a wall or the ceiling, and has opened up some creative possibilities to organize a home shared with 5 other adults. As for looks, it's not overly glossy, so it blends well into the wall and doesn't draw attention, and the flower pattern that holds the hook is a subtle accent that works well in the places I couldn't hide them. I don't often write reviews, but this product well surpassed my expectations, so I figured I would share my experiences since I was on the page buying more anyways. The price for product quality is an amazing value.

Easy to use, seem to hold weight well but I would still use two for anything larger than an 8x10 canvas. Very sticky. Have had a few fall of the wall, more user error than anything, but paint came off with them. Definitely follow the instructions for removal if you don’t want to ruin your paint. These are a great alternative to putting holes in the walls, and do the job well, just don’t overload them.

My picture may be more than 50lbs because it fell after a few hours. But I Gorrilla Glued them & secured with tape waited 24hrs rehung & used Alien Tape to secure bottom.

I like these. Easy to assemble and can be removed easily.

I bought it to hang earrings and followed all the instructions before handing the cord and earrings. Several strips kept falling so I wouldn’t purchase this again wasn’t sturdy and adhesives is poor! Not all strips worked as promised. So now I am skeptical how long it will last and if my earrings will continue to fall and break!! Not sure what they advertise about weight as it could barely hold 2-3 lbs

1. Sticks super hard to the wall. If you're OK with it being permanently stuck to the wall, that's fine. But if you ever want to remove it, it'll tear off the paint/wall/surface.2. For the price you can't do better. To those complaining about it peeling off paint: you are *not* meant to stick these to painted surfaces. Get a 3M for that. For other surfaces, these are dope, I've used a bunch already and got heaps left over.
