The phone arrived in great condition and exactly as described. It came with the charger, cable, and even the return instructions, which gave me extra confidence in the purchase. The device was fully tested, had no iCloud account attached, and everything works perfectly. It even arrived with a tempered glass screen protector already installed, which was a nice bonus. I purchased the phone listed in acceptable condition, so I expected noticeable wear, but I was pleasantly surprised it looks much better than expected. There are some normal minor scratches, which is completely fair for that condition, but nothing that affects performance at all. Outstanding condition and device! I am incredibly impressed with the condition of the device. iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB in excellent condition. Worth the price to get this phone. Battery life is excellent. Also I didn't realize the phone also came with a case! Packaging is giving the manufacturer a run for its money from a security standpoint. It is a very good phone. It met most of expectations. It had only two problems. First of all, it had micro scratches on the screen and the bezels which I feel should not be on an excellent condition smartphone. And lastly, it had a battery health of 85% which I was not expecting. Anyways, "I’m really pleased with my new iPhone; it's proven to be great value for money considering all the features and flaws it offers.". Overall this is a very great product and I will recommend it to friends and family.

I am a PC and Android guy and don't particularly care for Apple products...until now. My wife on the other hand has an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max and likes Apple products. This is my first Apple smartphone. This review is about the condition of the Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max that I purchased from this seller. I will not say much about the smartphone itself as there are many other reviews on it. The seller advertised the item as renewed and in excellent condition. I received the smartphone in 4 days which was a nice surprise because the original estimated delivery date was 7-10 days. The iPhone package came in a plain white box (not the original Apple box) and included a generic lightning to USB-A charging cable. Nothing else is included. FYI, Apple did not include a charger with the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Out of the box, I inspected the item very carefully and up close. It looked just like brand new. Looking from closer than 12 inches, there were no scratches, dents, or nicks anywhere. I did find two very small paint chips on one corner edge of the outer steel frame. One paint chip was about 1/16 inch in size and the other was even smaller than that. From 12 inches away, the paint chips are barely noticeable but I can see them. A cell phone case will cover them up anyway so it's not an issue for me. I fully charged up the iPhone and turned it on. It booted up right away and I went through the setup process and connected it to my wi-fi router. I called my service provider, T-Mobile, and provided the necessary information to transfer the service to my new phone. I had a slight hitch where I could not make phone calls. I found out that I had to click setup in the cellular setting. Once I did that, I was connected to my service provider. Phone calls then went through without a problem. Also, I was able to pair my generic earplugs via Bluetooth very easily and quick. The renewed iPhone shows the battery health maximum capacity to be at 92% relative to when it was new. That is very good. Daily, I have used many apps, checked emails, made phone calls/texting, taken photos/videos, etc., and found minimal battery drainage. I can probably go a few days without recharging. The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is bigger and heavier than my previous Samsung Galaxy S9 smartphone so that is something you may consider if size and weight are an issue. All in all, I love the Apple iPhone Pro Max and I can say this is a good and honest seller.

The phone arrived later than expected but I think that was more FedEx's problem than the seller. It was packaged okay and it was the only thing in the box, it did not come with a charger. Kinda bummed about that but it's fine, I have chargers at home. Once I got the phone turned on, everything was fine until I noticed that it did not have a sim card tray. I was unaware that the 14 Pro Max didn't use a sim card so that was my fault. I debated returning the phone for a lower model with a sim card option but I changed my mind and I got everything transferred over to eSim through my carrier. After that absolute headache, everything seemed to be working fine and then my screen started to randomly black out. If the sun hits my screen or I answer a call the screen immediately turns off (without my head near the sensor and on speakerphone). I did some troubleshooting and of course there's nothing online other than to update it or it must be a hardware issue. My luck would seem that's a hardware issue. As of right now, I've had this phone for close to a month and it blacks out every day. It's extremely frustrating because I don't/can't fork out $700 for another phone. As for the phone itself, it was fine visually, no major scratches. The battery life states "100%" and it charges as it should. The black tones in the phone are off meaning they're more for a gray and not completely black, like in the notes app on dark mode. I can't say that I'll buy another phone on Amazon. I'll probably do what I should've done in the first place and buy an iphone directly from Apple.

Phone came in excellent condition. Battery capacity was 86% which is normal for the age of the phone. Box was not original, but it states it may not be. Works perfectly so far.

I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max from this seller, as it looked like a pretty good deal. When I received the phone, there was something off. I knew it was refurbished and not new, but this was a whole other thing. First, when it arrived, it came in a random white box, with just a regular iPhone cord. Second, when I was holding it, something was off; it was too small to be an iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is 6.7 inches. This phone was more like 5.88 inches, and I did measure and pull out a measuring tape. I ordered a big phone on purpose, and to receive a small one was such a waste of time. Not to mention, there's usually a price difference between the two phones. Third, the screen had this barcode that was stuck on it, and it was not on the page or in the software; it was the actual screen. So my new phone would have this barcode permanently fixed on its screen forever. Fourth, as I was uploading my stuff from my iCloud, the phone started to get very hot, and I could feel the metal starting to heat up. In the end, i ended up returning the phone. It was worth having it, and would rather stick to my older one, get a refund and then go right to apple or buy one in person instead.

Love it, its like brand new. Battery health also 100%, hope nothing trouble further
