Flexus by Spring Step Women's Sanbe Snow Boot

I like the shoe,but the inside of the boot is not the quality I was hoping for. the liner is a little small for the shoe and it comes out. The heel form catches my foot when I put it in and it causing the lining to get stretched. They do keep my feet warm,and they are some what stylish. But would have liked to try another pair on if I was in a store instead of online shopping. I think it might have been just a random defect.

This is my second pair since the first pair I fell and tore an awful hole on the top toe area. I was able to get a second pair a year later as they were out of stock for a while. The new ones seem a little larger than my old pair so I have to wear really thick socks so my foot doesn't slide around. I can't really say to buy a half size larger or smaller. I can only say just get your normal size. Otherwise, I love the boot and it looks really cute on.
