Could you put this in a fish tank?

I wouldn't recommend using these as fish tank decor. You would have to weight them and seal the, (probably urethane spray them), before using them in a fish tank. Probably not worth the contamination risk to expensive fish. Imho.

How small are the individual ships? There's one "product dimension" given which I assume is for the whole box. None of the reviews comment on size.

although they vary in size a little, due to the shape, I would say they are approximately 4-5 inches, but I do not have them available near me to be sure. Of course the x-wing, or Vaders ship is not as tall. The little action figures are about 3/4 of an inch. Although these can be a little fragile, they are very detailed, and my grandson loves them. Other ships in the series are different sizes (the millennium falcon being about 8 inches wide). Hope this answers your question!

Does it come with a stand/s same with the evasive action battle pack?

No stands but it does come with a cardboard backdrop of the Death Star trench!
