These are awesome. Although I should take them every day, I forget but I do take them when I’m rushing out and don’t have time to eat and they really keep me satisfied for a while.

I really love these, but I have a hard time taking pills anymore. And I tryvto do 30 a day. I wish they were smaller. I know that would mean more pills but much easier to swallow. Lol

I honestly had zero expectations when I ordered these ENERGYbits. I have what feels like a pharmacy at home — dozens of supplements that all promise miracles and deliver nothing. But wow. The first night I took about 20 tablets, and the next morning I woke up actually awake — truly rested, alert, and full of energy. I haven’t felt like that in years. I’m a nursing mom, and my baby still wakes me up all night, so feeling this good in the morning was unbelievable. It made me realize I’d been walking around in a fog — low energy, lifeless, on autopilot. Now I’m experimenting by taking spirulina and chlorella separately, and I’m honestly speechless at the results. Yes, they’re very expensive, but… oh man, I never thought I could feel this way again. Absolutely worth it.

Finally, something that actually works

Ok, so I love energy bits. And plan to continue taking them. However, my bag bought through Amazon has a noticeable amount more powder than the ones I get directly from the company website. I will use energy bits directly from now on.
