Akira Volume 5 (AKIRA KODANSHAED GN)

If you only read one Manga Akira is THE one to go for. All six volumes are awesome. The amazing detail, flawed characters, the sense of movement in the action and the frankly HUGE story. The anime is a masterpiece but only really scratches the surface really. All six volumes are to be devoured then reread annually! I always get something out of each revisit whether it's just flicking through or reading properly. Otomo is a true auteur. Love it!

The second last part of posissbly the greatest manga ever written. The books themselves are of excellent quality.

Akira is an absolute must-read for any fans of anime, manga, sci-fi or graphic novels in general. The first manga I ever read, I was hooked on it from the pages of Manga Mania back in the 90’s and Akira will always be one of my favourite titles, one that I have read and enjoyed several times over the years. Highly recommended

something awesome, much more then the anime, if U fan of cyberpunk, comics, good layered plot then U know what to do, and u checking out volume 5 so U in it already, in therms of print, good but nothing special
