I absolutely love this 500ml thermos! It’s the perfect size to take my coffee to work every morning. This flask is perfect for my needs. It is large without being too large and it is a beautiful colour. More to the point, it keeps its contents hot. As it is just a container and a cup, it is also very easy to clean.

This is the second one I bought, to take to the office in addition to the one I use at home. There's a bit of design flaw as the lid area is single layer which then transfers the heating to the outer metal on the top. It reduces the effectiveness of heat retaining. Otherwise it's an alright product to keep water warm (not pipe hot) for less than 24 hours. Just received the second one. Reading the instruction, I found it contradicts itself from the outer packing to the inside leaflet. One claims dishwasher safe (Bold as one of the key features), whilst the tiny leaflet warns to HAND WASH ONLY using capital letters. It makes you wonder, where the care is to inform the customers. Modern business reality?

I have quite a few flasks and can now remove most of the others that serve cool herbal tea after a couple of hours! This THERMOS flask is worth every penny. At first I thought...hmmmm expensive; now I know why...it is made very well and does the job a flask is supposed to do. And it doesn't leak. At last, i can wake up in the morning and instantly pour a delicious cup of hot tea to wake myself up with.

Perfect hot flask. Keeps liquid HOT as promised. Just remember contents is not 500ml. Easy to clean. Colour and design very attractive.

Keep warm very long, i wish be a little bit bigger but 1.2 l its definitely to big 0.8 will be perfect
