I work 12 hour nights so these help me make it thru those shifts without opting for junk food plus I work out a bit so they're my after gym "snack" lol anyway never heard of em till Desus &Mero joked about em so I tried em and loved em ever since they have a nice consistency not too Thick and they don't taste like medicine like Ensure and they aren't too milky like Boost now they are a bit pricey but what isn't these days someone commented try the other flavors at your own risk I concur I have ordered a case of each flavor minusThe Egg Nog flavor and Vanilla is the best for me .. Banana has a Terrible Artificial banana flavor Chocolate is Blah strawberry is toooooo sweet but Vanilla is just right if I get the guts to buy the even more expensive Egg Nog flavor I'll update this review for you all peace

I’ve been drinking these since I was a kid. My grandma is Jamaican so I can never find them anywhere except Caribbean restaurants. Delivers fast and tastes delicious.

I like the flavor and it’s a great product worth buying but more importantly I used this product to improve my overall health well being and protein intake too.

I like the taste…… what I don’t like it’s to sweet but since I lost over 23 pounds I drink the nutrient for weight gain and nutrition

Taste great. Unfortunately messes up my stomach with gas and diarrhea . I think I'm lactose intolerant. Still drink because it's so delicious. Very filling.
