This is my preferred brand of Thai curry. After spending time in Thailand I found it hard to find good Thai curry in the US. So I decided to make my own. The red, green, and masaman are all great. I like this one with beef, potato and carrot.

My favorite Red Thai Curry paste. Red Thai Curry pastes vary greatly in flavor and spice level. I have found this to be the best balance of spice to rich flavor. Love it.

This is my favorite curry paste for pineapple curry. Other curry pastes just do not taste right. I hate running out of this stuff.
