I am reordering one for myself.

Bought my husband this for his birthday. Super sharp, nice metal detail and fits perfect in the holster.

The bag the knife was in was dripping oil and the knife slipped while wiping it off and cut my finger. When I wiped the oil off the handle the stain came off 1 side and stained the blade. It's a very sharp blade seems like good metal.

For me this type of knife is much better for quickly preparing vegetables than conventional kitchen knives. This knife has the cool factor of being Damascus steel which is both hard and durable. The knife came in a plastic bag with copious amounts of mineral oil which I guess is intended to keep the steel from rusting. This is not stainless steel.

This was sharp enough to cut pizza so easy it was like going through butter, so far I love it

I suffer from tremors in my arms and hands making the use of regular knives very difficult to use. I had an old one from time I was stationed in Alaska, but it was dulling and hard to use; however this new Ulu is extremely sharp and works perfectly for my needs. I would recommend this knife to everyone.

Nice, well made, real leather sheath. Not really sure if it is true Damascus steel or just stamped with a pattern . A bit smaller than I expected but it’s for my wife and it fits her hand just fine.
