Solid piece of kit
The wardrobe trousers holder is very sturdy. Good quality and moves in and out very smoothly. Small rubber circles keep the trousers from slipping of the hangers. No complaints about the product at all.

I was really looking forward to receiving this
So, it works, and is installed. However, the instructions are poor and there is some rust on the unit.To attach the rack to the the bracket the instructions show the unit closed, but it has to be extended. I spent an hour trying to get screws to fit where they don't.I am happy with the final product but again the instructions are very poor and the bit of rust was disappointing, I wouldn't be bothered returning. Seems very sturdy and hopefully durable

Ideal storage
This is ideal for hanging trousers etc currently taking up storage on the hanging rail or in a drawer. No need to seek/lift your other trousers, just pull out this quality sliding rail and you can see all your trousers hung neatly. This quality sliding rail can be fitted for the left or right handers. This is an excellent storage idea for your wardrobes

Make sure you get the right revision
The first one of these I ordered had plastic brackets to hold it onto the bottom of a shelf, and they were broken when I opened the box. I was disappointed and a bit hesitant to try again, but I returned it to Amazon for a replacement. When I opened up the new one, I was surprised to see that not only were the brackets on this one not broken, they were metal! Not sure if it's the plastic or the metal ones that are the old stock, but I'd highly recommend if you buy one of these and it comes with plastic pieces, return it and see if you can get a metal one. I've had no more problems with my replacement, and it's really handy. I'd suggest mounting it in a high space; I've put mine down low and getting trousers onto the rods can be a bit difficult with the sliding mechanism between me and them.

Really poor instructions and customer service
The instructions are not accurate making it impossible for me to understand how to fit. Tried to contact them for support but they have not responded. As such I returned and repurchased a much simpler solution.
