I mix one scoop of this creatine with my post-workout protein shake. The flavour is very strong as even the tiny scoop can overpower the flavour of the protein powder. It does however go surprisingly well when combined with other flavours including chocolate and vanilla and can actually sometimes improve the flavour of the protein shake. I only use one scoop as I already get a lot of creatine from my pre-workout even though a normal serving is 1.5 scoops. One bag contains 100 servings so it's very good value for money. Over time I have noticed less fatigue whilst working out and slightly faster recovery times

Tried creatine a few times over my years of training - in its unflavoured form it's boring a bland, ok if you mix with other things like juice or add it to a protein shake but not ideal. Yesterday I received my order from Amazon and proceeded to make myself a quick test drink of this product and was quite literally blown away by the flavour and lack of grittiness I have become accustomed too with creatine supplements. This stuff is awesome and even better creatine has over 700 studies over a 30/40yr period proving it is beneficial as a training supplement. Will definitely buy again and promote to my gym friends

I’ve had the Blue Raspberry a couple of times but ordered the Mixed Berry this time. What I’ve noticed form the first two drinks I made up is a lot of sediment in the mixed berry. It’s just not dissolving like the Blue Raspberry. Taste is ok, probably would go back to the Blue Raspberry. I also searched micronised creatine so was going to complain this is hardly micronised if there is sediment. But what I spotted it is only the listing for the unflavoured and the passion fruit that carry that wording so I will try Passions Fruit next time. But thought it worth noting.

Tastes so fricking good I could drink glasses and glasses but unfortunately I cannot because it is creatine. Decently soluble. You have to mix it a bunch and then drink it instantly or it sort of pools at the bottom, but I've had this issue multiple times with other brands so it is not really a problem for me.

It’s now £15.99, which feels a bit more expensive, but still reasonable compared to similar products. The powder is ultra-pure (99.9%) and easy enough to mix into a normal shake, even though it’s unflavoured in practice. Each serving gives 3 g, which is the standard amount. It does the job for regular training without anything fancy. Packaging may vary, but mine was fine and simple to use.

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht! Super Löslichkeit und sehr intensiver aber leckerer Geschmack (ist allerdings recht süß). Man muss es deshalb in mehr Wasser lösen was für mich persönlich aber perfekt ist! Kann es kaum fassen dass das Kreatin überhaupt nicht körnig ist! Es löst sich absolut perfekt! Ich werde das Produkt definitiv wieder kaufen und kann es sehr empfehlen! :)

Chi ha provato la creatina neutra sa quanto possa essere spiacevole da bere, ma questa sembra quasi un succo: il sapore è fruttato, piacevole e per nulla stucchevole o chimico.Essendo una polvere micronizzata ultra-fine si scioglie istantaneamente nello shaker con acqua fredda, senza lasciare fastidiosi residui sabbiosi o grumi sul fondo. Il formato da 500g offre ben 147 porzioni (da circa 3.4g l'una), garantendo una durata pazzesca e un rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile sul mercato. A livello di prestazioni i risultati si sentono: ottima spinta sulla forza e sul recupero negli allenamenti ad alta intensità. La ricomprerò sicuramente!

Das Creatin wirkt ganz gut. Hat einen sehr künstlichen Geschmack und ist etwas grob. Aber mit Wasser lässt es sich einnehmen. Und für den Preis ist es zum Testen von Creatin auch voll okay. Die Verpackung ist auch gut und es ist ein Scoop beigelegt (welcher jedoch unterschiedlich groß ist ) Hatte mal einen 5g und mal einen 3g scoop drin. Alles in allem gut und hält ewig.
