It seems a good quality product - I have been using it for the last 4 days and I can feel a difference in eliminating muscles tension around the shoulders and back. I use it in combination of Turmeric and ghee (clarified butter) as per Ayurveda. But you can use also use it with olive oil or flaxseed oil to ensure the appropriate digestion thus absorbtion of the spice. It arrived as stated and securly packed, so I am very pleased with it all. So thanks to Amazon and supplier.

I believe its helping..I realise that change in diet helps too.Currently taking with curcumin supplements.Has not caused me any tummy issues..I take 2 supplements nightly.

Very good gredentials but didn't work for my joint pain. I was so hoping it will do the job. I combined it with turmeric, ginger and pepperin giving it a chance to become more bioavalable but after a month of very disciplined administration, I noticed no results. I still respect the science behind the herb and maybe I should do three months instead, but being in pain you are looking for the quick fix...

bought this as a replacement for antiinflammation drugs. seems to be working well but must swatch for constipation.

Great product, pity they keep disappearing off Amazon though
