Purchased 7 months ago and until now it works perfectly! I put dish soup in this dispenser, so far there are no issues. I charge the dispenser appx every 3-4 weeks. I use the lowest level of dispatching the dish soup which actually helps me to use dish soup less. Highly recommended.

I really like the fact that this is the FIRST soap dispenser that actually works like it is suppose to. It looks nice, easy to full, price was fair. Soap comes out in a nice amount. We love it as do our guests. I highly recommend this.

Treated with care, this product is perfect for hands-free dispensing.
Treated with care, this product is perfect for hands-free dispensing. I use a black one for dish soap and a white one for hand soap in my kitchen. The ability to dial in the amount of soap you want dispensed with 6 settings sets this apart. Not all liquid soap has the same viscosity so you may need more or less dispensed. Over dispensing means you have to refill more often and wastes the soap. Keep dry and turn it off before refilling or recharging and you'll be happy you chose this product. And the customer care team is very responsive and helpful with tips on how to keep the dispenser in good working order.
