Does this tuner show sharps of flats, ie if i wanna tune 1/2step lower will this tuner display Eb or D# or does it only show standard tuning,

Yes, it will show a D#. It is what is known as a 'chromatic tuner'. It detects vibrations, computes the frequency and shows whichever note you are closest to. It can, therefore, tune pretty much any instrument. It is a wonderful piece of kit. I have 3 or 4 of them.

Question 2

Can you tell me if the display is changeable from 'Landscape' to 'Portrait' as it seems to me that the display will never be upright?

The display has four orientations 2 in portrait (at 180 degrees to each other) and 2 in landscape (again at 180 degrees to each other).

Question 3

Will this tuner cover Banjo, Guitar, Uke / Banjolele, Dulcimer. I Currently use  Korg & CellPhone, background noise is PROBLEM.    Herz Limits Please?

I believe it will cover all the instruments listed.  It relies on picking up vibration directly from the Headstock and does not appear to be influenced by extraneous noise.  No idea what the hertz range is but I doubt if that is relevant as long as it covers your audible hearing range!!!!!  (By the way sharps are covered)

Ok, I'll rephrase the question. Has anyone used this tuner with a 12 string acoustic guitar? If so, how did it perform?

Just seen your question. I don't have a 12-string acoustic anymore, but it works perfectly well with an acoustic and also with my Rickenbacker 620/12 electric 12-string. As long as you only strike one string at a time it should function prefectly well, as it reads the vibration rate from being clipped to the headstock. An acoustic will have very good resonance, so the tuner reads the vibration rate clearly and easily. Hope that helps.
