The strap is adjustable by removing links but you need the proper tools. Probably better to take it to a jeweler who'll do it pretty quickly and probably charge you somewhere around £5. Some will charge more but they're just being greedy. Also, If you have a Timpson's near you, you'll get it done there. Good luck.
