FInally an electroyle that works during fasting and keto. Mixes well, and disolves easily, does help with hydration particulary if fasting and doing Keto or low carb diet. Did help reduce symptoms of fasting and worked quickly. Less fatigue and value for money. However it does have a slight salty taste, but that's okay for me in coffee. In low sugar squash it does mask the salty taste.

I use this powder when I've been out for a run, I feel really dehydrated or if I'm sick and it's such a lifesaver. For years, I've been buying electrolyte tablets that dissolve in water and yeah, while they taste nice, they always felt like a bit of a scam because you get so little for the amount of money you pay for them. This powder doesn't really have a taste, but it is a little salty. Which should be expected because it's electrolytes. It has no real smell to it, and it dissolves easily. I usually just put it in my water with a bit of squash and I get the same effect as expensive tablets without the cost. If you don't stir your drink, or mix it up, it can be a bit gritty, but aside from that I've no issues with the product. I'd happily buy this again. In fact, I know it's going to be a repurchase already. You get so much for the price, and you even get a little scoop inside the bag so you're not having to eyeball how much product you need, so it's super easy to get the right dose.

Use this in my juice when I'm at the gym does help keep me hydrated, do notice a slight salty taste, but not to bad.

These are fabulous and this massive bag would last for ages. I would highly recommend to anyone. It can also be added to a dog's water, especially good in hot weather or after a bad tummy.

As you'd expect with a Bulk product, the elecrolyte powder was good value and it does the job, but the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the unflavoured taste is pretty grim. It has an unpleasant salty taste which needs to be masked by misixng it with a flavoured drink to make it palatable. I won't be making the mistake of buying unflavoured again.

I started using Bulk as an alternative for another well overpriced brand and I’ve been happy with the results. I put 2 grams in 500 ml of water and it doesn’t taste too salty for me. I drink a litre in total (4 grams) of the electrolytes after a workout and I feel energised and don’t get a headache later in the day (which I typically get if I don’t take electrolytes). Overall pleased to be saving a lot of money without compromising the quality.

I absolutely love this Bulk Electrolyte Powder and have been a loyal user for years. Initially, I started using it while on a keto diet after finding that electrolyte pills just weren’t cutting it. Now, I'm on my seventh bag! It's become such an essential part of my routine that I just don’t feel like myself without it. I typically mix about 1.5 scoops into my 2L water bottle and sip it throughout the day. If I’ve had a tough workout or if I'm dealing with the aftermath of a night out, I’ll throw in an extra scoop with about a pint of water. While on keto, I typically add in an additional scoop before bed to try and stay hydrated over night. The taste doesn’t bother me at all; It just adds a slightly salty taste to the water, and even then it depends on the volume of water. Each bag lasts me around six months, which is great, although I’ve noticed the price has crept up a bit. Despite this, it's still unquestionably one of the best electrolyte powders out there, at least for my body. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable boost in their hydration game! And I'd go as far as saying it's essential for keto!

Did not mix well with water and has a horrible flavour. I was expecting it to be salty like most electrolytes powders but it was awful. I couldn’t drink it even when mixed with juice.
