My husband suffers from migraines. I ordered this for him based on the reviews on Amazon. He feels it is effective in that it is comforting when he has a headache. It isn't heavy so it doesn't add more pressure when he is in pain. The fit is good for any size head. I tried it on and it fits me. No scent that we noticed. Can be heated or put in the refrigerator. I would recommend it based on his review for anyone to try with headaches. It isn't any miracle cure, but it does help relax and comfort.

Wonderful. I wear it like a hat to cool down in the heat. It lasts 39 minutes. I keep two ready at all time. It works great for headaches. Also I roll it in half for a soft neck pillow- nothing better. Super soft, very flexible, versatile, great value for the money. And, healthier & cheaper than coffee to wake you up in the morning! Very cost effective.

Listen, I have to laugh at how silly I look with this thing on, but this was an essential after a recent surgery! The meds they put me on gave me the worst headaches of my life and I panic ordered this in the middle of the night and it helped so much! I keep mine in my fridge in a Ziploc bag now at all times and sometimes put it in the freezer! Whenever I get a headache, regardless, if it is mild or not, I wear this even either halfway on my head or covering my eyes if I’m laying down in bed! It is so soothing, and it gives that compression and cold that you need when you have a headache! I feel like I have a large to average size head and it fits perfect and it’s not too tight! The material is good quality and I have been able to spot clean it well! This is now an essential product in our home for anyone that has a headache, and also I can’t lie the other day my wrist was hurting, and I wrapped it around my wrist, and it helped that too

Whenever we can't get rid of headaches we throw this on and it is amazing! After just a few mins we start feeling relief from those stubborn headaches and migraines. It feels cool to the touch without putting it in the fridge or freezer, in fact, we haven't even tried that yet. Definitely recommend this to my friends who suffer from headaches too

Does not stay cool for long, however if that seems to be a universal problem with all the ice caps I have bought.

If you suffer from migranes, this is the product for you. I've suffered from multiple migranes in the past with little to no relief from otc medicines. Bought one of these recently and wow! I would buy this over and over again. It is soft and durable, very comfortable and stays cool.

Love this. When I get migraines, I often have to sit upright due to accompanying neck pain, so I love that it stays in place when sitting. It also applies a nice amount of pressure and blocks out light. Could stay cold a bit longer, but it calms my headache enough until my migraine meds kick in. Good product with a good price.

Nel mio caso non è così miracoloso, quando l'effetto del freddo termina iniziandosi a riscaldare il dolore torna esattamente come prima. Lo amo comunque, perché in quei 15-20 minuti di effetto è come se ti anestetizzasse il cervello, dandoti un sollievo salvifico. Qualche volta riesco a addormentarmi durante l'uso grazie alla riduzione del dolore, è quindi veramente un ottimo amico. Questo è il terzo modello che compro, perché in freezer ci mette molto a raffreddare e mi fa comodo poterli alternare così da prolungare l'effetto. Avendone 3 tipologie diverse posso riuscire a comprendere meglio pregi e difetti dei modelli. Questo ha il gel raffreddante sia davanti che dietro (molti in commercio, soprattutto i più economici, lo hanno solo davanti); è più corto di altri, ma non è un problema perché la fronte la copre perfettamente. Rispetto ad un altro molto simile è leggermente più largo, quindi non crea eccessiva compressione (ma comunque la provoca, per me molto importante). Il prezzo è molto competitivo (preso in offerta a 8€).

LITERALLY BEST PURCHASE FOR MIGRAINES! I had such a bad migraine the other day hadn't used this yet, had 2 paracetamol and nothing was helping to a point I felt like I was going to throw up. Put this on, lay down and omg within 15mins gone. The combination between the tightness, the covering of the eye and the cold makes for the perfect solution. Also hadn't even put it in fridge at that point was just cold from purchase. Recommended to all my friends and family.
