It does what its intended to do, but has a very noticeable taste that is strong enough to even impact something like a cola. They dont conceal this as it is stated that it has an "orange flavor", and that isnt far off the actual flavor, which is kind of citrus, but I prefer it to have much less noticeable flavor = dont recall the name brand having so strong a flavor that it was easily noticeable in a beverage that had a strong flavor of its own.
