Sanitas SEM 43 digital EMS / TENS stimulation current device for pain relief, muscle stimulation and relaxation

Bought this as a replacement for exactly the same model that my daughter had nicked from me. I can't recommend it highly enough. I've used the massage function a couple of times & I've stated using the EMS function to try to work my thigh muscles after a hip replacement. But the reason I will NEVER be without this is the TENS function. I have arthritis in knees & the unreplaced hip & the pain can often keep me awake at night. A session or two with this on the affected area deals with the pain & allows me a good night's sleep. I've also used it for tense shoulders, twisted neck, strained wrists and forearms with great effect. The pads are easily replaced & the only other things you need are batteries - no conductive gel is needed. As all Lidl products, well made, fantastic value & really works.

My last tens kicked the bucket so I spent ages finding something similar, this is the brand you will find in lidl and the one behind the boots own brand like my previous one. This is amazing, the pad type last longer than ones with the cord hanging. It’s very strong, offers good pain relief and with the added bonus of massage and EMS functions. The EMS is a real added extra compared to other models, it’s great for building up strength in places you’ve lost a lot of tone due to injury, I’m noticing a difference since I added this into my routine. I have a lot of faith in German made products too, I really wanted to avoid something badly made that after all you have to attach to your body. Minor drawback is the time limits on programs. I used to leave my old model turned on at a comfortable setting if I was having a bad day with pain. Like I said it’s minor and now I see it as a prompt to move the pads somewhere else

After suffering with period pain for years I tried a tens machine and pin relieved very quickly! Pads stay suck for hours with no irritation - I can apply pads before I start a 13hour physically demanding shift and forget they are there, they remain in place all day. Easy to use hands free, quiet device.

The product arrived without the sticky pads to attach it, so at the moment I'm unable to use it. Can the sticky pads be sent to me please?

Wer, so wie ich, zwei Bandscheibenvorfälle hat, weiß, dass damit oft starke, aber noch öfter sehr starke Rückenschmerzen verbunden sind. Auch, wenn ich es bewusst gar nicht will, verspanne ich bei Schmerzen meine Muskulatur, besonders im Schulter- und Nackenbereich. Seit Jahren helfe ich mir, um diese Verspannungen wenigsten etwas zu lösen, schon mit einem Tens-Gerät, das aber etwas aufwendig und kompliziert angepasst werden muss. Mit dem kleinen, in der Anwendung total problemlosen "Sanitas SEM 43 Digital EMS/TENS Elektrostimulationsgerät", fehlt mir nun jede Ausrede, warum ich die Tens nicht täglich anlege: Einfach zwischen den Menüs "Tens", "EMS" und "Massage", das auswählen, von dem man meint, dass es das Richtige ist und die Behandlung kann losgehen. Mit den Auswahltasten "Up" und "Down" kann man die individuell gewünschte Intensität der Behandlung exakt einstellen. Die Behandlungsdauer beträgt im Durchschnitt 25 Minuten, kann aber, je nach Programm, unterschiedlich ausfallen oder manuell eingestellt werden. Ich habe mit dem Programm "Massage" begonnen und die Tens, nach dem Piktogramm auf der Vorderseite (Prog. 02) aufgeklebt, nachdem ich vorher meine Haut in diesem Bereich gründlich gereinigt habe, um sicherzustellen, dass keine Bodylotion-Rest mehr vorhanden sind. Das Aufkleben der vier Elektroden geht einfach und schnell. Danach die beiden Anschlusskabel mit den Druckköpfen an den Tens befestigen und die Anschlüsse mit dem Gerät verbinden. Auf Seite 11, der sehr ausführlichen und leicht verständlichen Bedienungsanleitung, wird unter dem Punkt "Programmauswahl" Schritt für Schritt erklärt, wie man die Tens aktiviert. Einfach Klasse. Die vielen Programme, zwischen denen man seine Wahl treffen kann, sind auf den Seiten 9, 10 und 11 aufgelistet. Von der Massage-Leistung des kleinen Geräts bin ich begeistert: Sie war entspannend und sehr angenehm. Natürlich werde ich auch die anderen Programme nutzen, die für mich infrage kommen. Da mein Mann das "Sanitas SEM 43 Digital EMS/TENS Elektrostimulationsgerät" ebenfalls benutzt, haben wir uns gleich noch zusätzliche Elektroden und für diese ein spezielles Haftungsgel bestellt. Denn aus Erfahrung weiß ich, das die Tens, bei täglicher Anwendung keine besonders lange Lebensdauer haben. Mit dem Haftungsgel kann man diese verlängern. Sind die Elektroden noch einigermaßen in Takt, reicht es anfangs auch aus, sie vor dem Anlegen mit Wasser anzufeuchten. Fazit: Das kleine "Sanitas SEM 43 Digital EMS/TENS Elektrostimulationsgerät" bringt, mit nur drei Batterien (die übrigens im Lieferumfang enthalten sind) eine wirklich sehr gute Leistung. Es ist einfach zu handhaben - und, z.B. für mich persönlich (als Schmerzpatientin), unverzichtbar. Durch die leichte, kompakte Form kann man das Tens-Gerät auch gut im Reisegepäck verstauen und hat es unterwegs dann zur Hand. Ein Tens-Gerät, wie ich persönlich finde, der Spitzenklasse!

We hebben het product nu pas in gebruik na een operatie aan een zenuw in de arm. Het resultaat valt natuurlijk nog af te wachten. Wel op aanraden van een kinesist. Er zou een Nederlandstalige versie van de gebruiksaanwijzing moeten bij zijn. Het apparaat is zeker van een goede kwaliteit aan een degelijke prijs.

Con l'utilizzo quotidiano è riuscita a post datare le sedute con il fisioterapista. Il programma TENS è ben articolato e da benefici. L'adesione degli adesivi è abbastanza limitata ma ho trovato facilmente i ricambi. Una nota dolente sui tasti: per una persona anziana non è facile settare e nonostante il settaggio rimanga in memoria...non si sa come mai spesso bisogna rimetterci mano. Comunque un ottimo prodotto ad un prezzo accessibile con risultati visibili e concreti. Le batterie dopo mesi funzionano ancora e l'utilizzo è quotidiano!

Segundo aparato (éste para una amiga) genial para tratar lesiones deportivas o de casi cualquier otro tipo (eso si, no sustituye a un médico) excelente para tratamientos de fisioterapia, para calmar dolores óseos y/o musculares y para ejercitar y tonificar otras partes del cuerpo -en los bíceps o abdominales por ejemplo- en dos semanas se nota el resultado. Las instrucciones NO están en castellano,y son sólo localizables buceando un poco por la red, eso es un fallo importante del fabricante.
