I found the product to be well-packaged to protect the contents, but with minimal wastage of materials. The instruction sheet illustrated the contents, so it was easy to check everything was there before starting to assemble the cupboard. The assembly instructions were the usual pictorial ones containing limited text, but they were sufficient to figure it all out eventually. To be fair, it would be difficult to put it together in the wrong way because the parts are pre-drilled to facilitate easy screwing. So, it's simply a matter of lining up the holes with the components and screwing together. The screws appear to be good quality and didn't snap off, in fact the entire contents seemed to be well-made and certainly fit for purpose. I bought two of these cupboards. The first one took me around 40 minutes to unpack, check contents and assemble fully; the second one I did in less than 30 minutes! I'm in my mid-seventies and have limited mobility, so young, fit people should do this in much less time. I didn't want to fasten the units to the wall as suggested in the instructions, so I screwed together the two units for better stability. I've stacked the heavier shoes at the bottom and put the lighter ones on the top to further enhance the sturdiness of the cupboards. I'm a size 10/11 UK, so my winter boots and chunky Sketchers would only fit in when I positioned them at a 45 degree angle in the slots, rather than straight on. This has restricted the capacity to two pairs of big shoes in each slot instead of the 2.5 pairs possible with my other shoes. To clarify that, the bottom slot accommodates two full pairs and a single shoe, as does the upper slot in each drawer, giving me the opportunity to store five pairs of shoes in the bottom pull-out drawer. The drawers open and close very easily and seem quite sturdy, I think they'll last a long time. I was pleased with the colour of the units as they matched my interior deco quite closely and they look good in my hallway. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend them to others.

The item arrived promptly. Instructions were clear and all parts received. The item was assembled in about 2hours. It was tricky fixing the tilting shelves, on my own, but managed by using books to support the lower shelf and the top one was a lot easier. A perfect fit for behind my front door. Bought 3 of these for my bedroom to make one long unit. Easy to assemble and roomy inside, not just for shoes as I have towels in one, the removable shelves are fantastic as it gives a few options. Absolutely love this shoe storage, definitely recommend and would buy again. Comfortably fits my partners size 11 trainers as well as my shoes. Easy to use and went together easily. Looks lovely and is light weight. Looks sleek and in perfect condition would definitely buy again. For the price it’s amazing

Overall for the price this product is ok. Fairly sturdy and easy to put together with the instructions. However, 1) it doesn’t hold as many shoes as I would have liked. The shoes are a women’s 5/6 UK and I struggled to get trainers in. 2) the fixings weren’t the best. The plastic circular hinge fasteners that connect the door to the frame were really flimsy. One in particular kept popping out because the hole had been drilled too big for the screw provided. We instead had to use a much thicker screw and drill in from the outside. This seems to have held the door but isn’t the prettiest fix. I’ve included a picture, with a sticker over the screw which I guess is ok. If this hadn’t been possible the full unit would have had to go back. I would recommend that the company send spare plastic parts in future, rather than just screws, as those were the bits we had problems with. One to think about before purchasing but overall good for the price and works for the space I had available.

Easy to put together if you follow instructions, says two people but managed by myself, last bit a little tricky, really well packed and no marks on outer, excellent product 👍

I was very disappointed with the quality. The unit arrived with several scratches and damaged corners. Once assembled, the gaps between the panels are uneven, making it look cheap and poorly manufactured. The cabinet also feels unstable when opening the drawers, even after securing it to the wall with the included attachment. Another issue is the sticker covers provided to conceal the screw holes. They don’t match the wood grain or colour, so they stand out rather than blend in. To make matters worse, only one sheet is included, so there’s no opportunity to choose a closer match. Overall, the finish looks poor and not worth the price.

Pour le prix je suis étonnée de la qualité. Le meuble est très solide. Les poignées sont en fer (détails peut être anodin mais sur beaucoup de meuble bas prix elles sont en plastique) Chose a savoir : le meuble le n'a pas de planche derrière et tout en bas. Perso ça ne me dérange pas mais c'est bon à savoir

Muy buena calidad, muy fáciles de montar, las instrucciones no son muy claras pero con paciencia cualquiera puede hacerlo. Muy contenta con la compra. Llegaron muy rapido

Bonne qualité et facile à monter. Correspond bien à ce qui est proposé à la vente. Je chausse du 46 et je peux mettre 8 paires de chaussures basses à l'intérieur. Pour les chaussures montantes , c'est moins pratique.
