Just throw it in the garbage
This product is absolute junk. If you apply any pressure at all then it stops, and if you dont apply pressure then your face doesn't get cleaned at all. Mine broke after 1 week. I had really high hopes for this product, and it failed completely.

I just received this today and all is great but there is no information about the product or the brushes other than that there's no issue.

Received everything except the facial wipes. I was thinking I should get everything shown in the picture.

Waste of money
This is a pretty bad product. There's no instructions on the package. With brand new batteries the motor feels sounds like it's going to give out. It has the same quality as something you may get from the Dollar tree. I'm not sure how much I paid but it's not worth more than a dollar that's for sure. Don't waste your money and don't trust the reviews this is an extremely cheap product.
