This is a super book for anyone setting out on their spiritual journey. The chapters are not long and the exercises are useful. I am a spiritual teacher, past life regresionist and platform medium. I adapt some of the exercises for use in my development circles as well as for my own personal advancement. A very good book and one that you will dip into over and over again.

I have bought quite a few of these type of books and none have been as good as this one.It is very easy to understand, the other books have had a small amount of exercises and a lot of experiences the author has had and you have search for the exercises because they are all mixed up with the rest of the book.Not this one you can easily find the exerise you want to do,they are easy to follow and the book is light reading not hard going and they expain everything very well. This is a very helpful and interesting book,taught me the coulours and the areas of the different shakras and helped me in my meditation

I loved this book, so much Exercises in, meditation techniques. everything spiritual and this acutally did get me into doing tarot card readings which I do now. even if you are not a beginner you will benefit from this.

Lots of lovely psychic development exercises and easy to follow

I know some people say to just skip right on to the advanced one but personally I wouldn't as this book has the skills needed to use the advanced handbook, very good with decent detail although some exercises need a partner a lot don't and you could change them up to do solo

This is the first of two books that these authors have written for development. I have bought them both and I LOVE them. They are full of ideas and activities that you can do on your own or with a Developmental Circle. I highly recommend them both if your serious about progressing in your development.

Most books on psychic training just talk around the edges and don't give any actual training on how to facilitate psychic abilities, this book actually does. Great exercises and lots of them!
