Boy, Oh Boy, What a Dream!
I just received the 3D Dreamer V2 and I have been test driving it for the last 72 hours. In that time it has met my expectations and I have given it a 4 star rating out of the gate. I will give an update in a month or two and see what's changed. I did a ton of research before this purchase. It was challenging to push the purchase button without a product review. So I am the first. Prior to the purchase of the Titan Osaki I purchased a Real Relax that was half the price but the fit is more appropriate for someone less than 5 feet 9 inches. Within 4 days of using the chair it had electronic issues. It would not turn off. The 3D rollers would initiate prior to selecting a massage mode and after the massage was completed. I returned it to the seller. The Osaki shipment came in 3 well protected and packed boxes. The largest being the chair. The second being the side panels and the third being the ottoman. The total assembly consisted of 6 fasteners and washers, 2 air hoses, remote, and power plug. I was so eager to use it that I assembled it all by myself. Very straight forward. 40 minutes from the unboxing and including reading of the manual. The longest time spent was zipping the seat to the ottoman and side panels. The fit and finish is tight and right. I set the unit in my bedroom. The first thing I noticed is how quiet the chair is while in rotation. The air bags are quiet in it's expansion and contraction. The pump noise level is reasonable while in the chair and not that discernable outside of the chair. The pressure level at default is medium. Boy, it's great pressure. Simultaneous, alternating, and combination air massage are fantastic. I didn't expect that. The pressure can bring some anxiety because you wonder if it's going to retract before a blows a blood vessel or fracture a bone. Sort of the same experience from a blood pressure cuff when you are getting blood pressure exam. Your looking at the nurse and say, "are you backing off on the pumping any time soon. 72 air bladders should be the max on any unit. What was amazing and unexpected is the hip and waist bladders. Depending on the mode you select they will alternate and perform a twist to your lower body. They also play an active role with the shoulder and leg air bags when you are in the Stretch mode. Incredible. It literally takes you to the edge of a good stretch. If it can be adjusted a notch or two it would be perfect. The head air bags are interesting and I will comment after I play with it some more. It's an interesting function that initially was wondering if it was overkill. I recommend taking off any eye wear before using. The speakers are just right with the appropriate maximum volume level. Put on a meditation pod cast and you are good to go. The rail controls are spot on and are a practical alternative to the remote. The remote has a good user interface. What would be helpful if both controls had back lit buttons. The rail and rollers run from the base of my skull to the base of my glutes. I didn't get that from my previous purchase. A full attention to my whole body. It's a beautiful piece of architecture and technology. I've put in about ten 20-minute sessions and I am impressed. I can't wait to see what my experience will be in the next 60 days. Hopefully it will be elevated.

A Good Value
I've been looking at massage chairs for awhile and the Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 was my choice. Amazon gave me a $500 coupon for this purchase which you can't beat. Final cost with state tax and delivery was $3208. I'd make the same purchase again.Compared to massage chairs at the mall or truck stop, the Osaki is so much better. I looked at massage chairs online and tested chairs at Relax in Comfort in The Villages. Compared to higher priced chairs by Panasonic, Positive Posture and OCHO I like the Osaki every bit as much. I did consider purchasing a Bodyfriend massage chair from Amazon, a beautiful chair, but decided the $8499 price tag was a little steep. Bodyfriend has an outlet store north of Atlanta. I'd love to see and test their product but itβs too far a drive from Central FL.I like the controls and the overall look of the Osaki chair. The massage, heat and compression are a great relief. Even the sounds the chair makes is soothing. I'm sure as I age this chair will help me stay active. What I also like about the Dreamer V2, it is a relatively new revision in 2022.A couple notes regarding set-up of this chair: A 6m ball allen key was helpful when installing the chair arm sections and tightening the 4 bolts - 2 bolts per side. The arm sections simply hook onto the frame bar, slide back, then bolt into place. I applied upward pressure at the bottom of the arm section while tightening the forward bolt to close the seam between arm section and chair. Another tip: I used a nylon stringer to pull the two backrest zippers into place. I thread the nylon stringer through the zipper tab. This helped pull the zipper where the backrest curves to the seat section. One last tip: The instructions say to use 3 people when removing the chair section from the box. You can remove the box sides then cut the box bottom section and carefully slide the chair out of the box. You really don't need to lift the chair with 3 people.July 24 Update: I've been using the chair for a few days now and am even more impressed. The controls are somewhat extensive and I'll start taking notes regarding what each setting does. My neighbor had asked if I'd consider an upgraded chair in the future. I really think the Osaki 3D Dreamer V2 is the only chair I'll ever need.
