How often should I change the filter then since it is built to exceed service intervals? 6.7 power stroke

No need to reinvent the wheel here, change the oil filter at every oil change. Oil and filters are cheap, a replacement 6.7 is not!

microns does it filter down to?

Don't know but I am sure K&N's website will tell you One I can tell is that they are great filters. Use them on 2 635hp marine issues and have never had any filtration issues

Will it fit 2022 6.7L super duty?

I believe the HP-4005 oil filter should fit your 2022 6.7. Double check K&N’s website to be sure.
