If I’m using colour touch 10/6 as a toner, would I use colour touch emulsion 1.9%?

I’m not a hairdresser but the strength of emulsion is dependant on the colour of your natural hair and the colour you wish to achieve . The higher strength the emulsion the more lift. I used this with colour touch 4/0 as I didn’t need to lift my hair any lighter, just wanted to cover my grey roots . I’m naturally brunette .

Can i use with wella illumina colour titanium rose ?

Not entirely sure. As it is a low percentage it is recommended for wella colour touch as it is a demi permanent. I’m not sure if the colours you asked about are demi’s

The product it self came packed nice smells nice but will see how good will color my hair as I have read some comments and not sure I got the right volume should have gone for 30th volume to lift a bit but will see. Product is ok will have it or lot of applications as my hair is short and thin.
