The air fryer was perfect in every way. Then we noticed on testing internal temperature of foods it wasn’t cooking evenly. Contacted the manufacturer’s customer services who were outstanding. Helpful & unrivalled communication. Sent a replacement unit immediately. Kept us updated with shipment information. Any business is best measured by how it manages issues. Not all get that right. Paris-Rhône went over & above expectations. We recommend the air fryer itself. What may have been dismissed as “just one of those things you need to keep turning the food” was instead met with ultimate professionalism. This mattered to us as food safety is vital in a home where someone’s medically vulnerable. So, if you’re on the fence about trying an air fryer you can buy this one with confidence. The customer service was caring & personal, not ‘automated’ I haven’t been offered any incentive for writing this review. But was very hesitant to move into the world of air frying. And glad we went for this one. It’s a great little machine. Easy to use. And of course, should you have any issues, the company will do all they can to help you. Cooked a whole chicken in the replacement with perfect results. Thanks to Paris-Rhône.

I would highly recommend this product. I had an issue with the actual frying basket and contacted Amazon who advised that I would need to speak directly to the Paris-Rhône customer service team for support. I reached out to the customer service team and Jackie responded promptly and asked a few questions. I gave Jackie all the information that she required and she arranged for a replacement unit to be sent out. Everything was resolved very quickly. Excellent customer service! I’m very happy with my air fryer. It’s really easy to use, I get great results, and it can be easily cleaned (in the dishwasher or by hand). Great value for money! I would highly recommend!!

Arrived on time. Decent looking and not too bulky. Cooks the food well and easy to use. I did have a fault with mine, but contacted them direct and they sent me a new one straight away, so happy with customer service as well. There is a light, so you can see the food cooking, but it turns on and off at set times. Would be more useful if it had a switch for the light when you want it. A minor issue, but still happy and at good price.....15 months later it overheated and melted the body causing the screws to drop out and the handle fell off.

Terrible Do not waste your money, it won't last and will start smoking and back vent melted. Oven doesn't turn on at all. Tried customer service at Paris Rhone however not willing to accept that there must be a manufacturing default with this product as many other reviews also say this happened to them. I wish I read the reviews in more detail as I've now had to purchase an alternative fryer and with the money I spent in total, I could have bought a Ninja.

Very pleased with item. The 1200W is lower than many other 5 litre models. However, no less cooking ability. In actual fact, the fryer switches on an off while in operation, so energy usage is low. Even with the energy prices applicable in early 2023, I've calculated it uses typically less than 10p to cook chicken and fries. The fryer is very easy to clean, a quick wipe with soft cloth does it. The removable tray is easy to get in an out. The pan is big enough for 2 people. Have so far done bread and butter pudding, macaroni cheese, roasted veg and chicken, all with good success. In fact, I haven't used my main oven since purchasing it.

Not only is this product one of the best investments I’ve made, but the customer service is incredible. I have two- one for me and one for my dad and we both love them!Mine works perfectly and I could cook all my meals in it if I liked!My dad had a problem with his so we contacted customer service, and they were INCREDIBLE!I’ve never talked to any customer service company that is as fast responding and kind.Jackie got the problem solved super quick and answered all the questions we had. We got the new air fryer within a week of registering the issue!I hadn’t heard of the company before and I was slightly skeptical given how much more affordable it was than a ninja, but I’m so so happy I invested in them because its absolutely revolutionised my dads life !!! - he doesn’t have an oven and this means he can finally cook ‘oven meals’ for himself and his daughter!Highly recommend

I resisted buying an air fryer as I wasn’t certain it was for me. My husband went to the doctor and his cholesterol was high - so bought an air fryer to help him cut down on fat etc. Couldn’t believe how nice the food was while still being healthy. The air fryer was also so easy to use and to keep clean. The window really helped me to judge when the food was cooked to my taste. It’s now my go to cooking machine. All the family love the food and find the air fryer very easy to use. Wouldn’t be without it now!

I bought this air fryer in march, while using it in august it stopped working, i changed the fuse and still it did not work, i emailed paris rhone customer service who got back to me first thing on monday morning apologising for it breaking and asking me to try a couple of things to see if it would work again, at the same time assuring me there was no problem whatever the outcome as it was still under warranty, i tried the things suggested and it still did not work, i emailed the lady back again to say it still did not work.the customer service lady, who's name was ann was first class, she once again assured me everything would be ok and said a new air fryer would be sent out immediately, and it was, i received it just 3 days later,it works fine and hopefully i will not have the same problem. the customer service of this company was faultless, the easiest i have ever dealt with, thank you ann for all your help in dealing with this problem. 100% first class.
