Excellent tool. Buy 1! I've just laid 70m2 of herringbone LVT. I'd still be laying it if I hadn't bought one of these . Very solid tool

I'm not a laminate floor fitter, but soon learned that you need one of these if you intend to fit the flooring up to the edge of the room (leaving a small expansion gap of course). Don't faff around trying to make do, with brackets and hooks. This tool makes the job simple, and it's not even expensive for all the time it will save you.

I bought this to help me lay a solid oak floor.I’m a carpenter and through the course of my job I do the odd timber floor. I got fed up with the flimsy tools you use on laminate floors and thought this would have more heft to it. I wasn’t wrong. It’s a heavy robust tool and is well padded where it touches the floor. You can give this a good old smack if required and it will not bend or deform. Got a nice pry bar on the end as well which is handy. Overall it is worth the money and should last for years, if it doesn’t walk!

It is sturdy, well made and welded. The plastic cover on the place where you hit with hammer/mallet, is still in tact on mine but i and not a professional floor layer.I am extremely please i got this tool because when used with a very heavy-headed mallet (short handled) type tool, the weight off the mallet-head travels along the Pull-bar, which in turn moves the floor board horizontally into place OR along the length of the wooden floor board, into place.The Pull-bar has also helped unstick floorboards in place (put in place incorrectly).The pull-bar has good sponge padding to prevent scratches on new flooring.With some imagination the pull-bar could come in handy for other DIY jobs.Do recommend this pull-bar tool and it is a very good price too.
