It is extremely slow flowing am I doing something wrong? So much so that it is just dripping, not a flow, no obstructions...?

Yes I had to remove a part on mine and then try again, sorry I cant remember which part, also you may have coffee grounds stuck and so it is working slowly, undo all little pieces remembering where they go clean out any small grounds. Play around with it you will get it to work. If my memory serves me right I had to remove part of the tube and then reattach the nozzle leaving a pert of the tube unused
