I have 3 highly qualified handymen in my life and it took all 3 to get this thing figured out. Then we get it all together during the remodel and there is no water pressure. It’s great quality BUT I won’t be able to get the soap out of my hair with the “pressure” from the over head head. I’m not sending it back BUT I will be getting a completely new head from elsewhere. The handle is cheaper quality but works fantastic. Love all the settings it has.

I was extremely disappointed with it. The instructions are were confusing, and also found one part not fit well. The bad made did made my husband frustrated. We ended up having to return the product.

This works pretty well. No overall complaints. I'm looking forward to installing this in a bigger shower to fully enjoy the awesomeness of this product! Installation was pretty easy. I'm not very mechanical, so my husband did the work, but he said it was pretty easy.

hand shower has leak, I need to return it

I haven’t gotten my plumber over to install this for me yet, but it looks like a nice product. My only complaint (from what I can see looking through the pieces) is that the shower wand is plasticky and feels kinda cheap (maybe they had to do this to make it not too heavy to hold easily). Everything else feels heavy and sturdy. The holes that the “rain” comes out of have little rubber nozzle tips. Will udpate later if there are any issues.
