Brilliant reeds, though not as strong as other makes (nearer 1½ in strength). Robust and produces good tonal qualities, and outlasts other reed makes for similar price

I love these reeds!
These are really good reeds for my clarinet. they are easy to use, they are very good quality- I find that rico reeds are the best reeds to get for any woodwind instrument. The case that they come in is very sturdy and protects the reeds co well. I will be buying the same reeds again!

Getting a bit fed-up!
Nothing to say about the reeds themselves, the brand performs well on both, my clarinets and saxophone, always has, so I'm happy with the quality. I've been playing with 2's for a long time and whilst it may seem like a minor issue, sending me 1.5's isn't any good to me and things like this matter. Reliability is important when ordering specific items and to be honest, I'm starting to doubt the level of service I'm receiving.

Royal reeds to the rescue!
I am new to the clarinet, coming very late to the game as a "senior" adult learner. In desperation over my squeaking and squawking, and my difficulty just getting sound to come out, my teacher suggested I try the Rico Royal line, and I noticed an improvement immediately. Maybe it's coincidence, maybe it's in my head, but I DO think these are better-quality reeds. I also appreciated being able to order a 3-pack to try before investing in a 10-pack. They are worth the money, and I will buy again.
